We'd love to assist you further and get your Ring working as its should. We initially recommend checking for any available software updates, and you can do so by opening your Galaxy Wearable app and going to Galaxy Ring > Ring settings > Ring software update. You can also force restart the Ring by placing it in the charging case and holding the case’s multi purpose button for 10 seconds or so, and this will clear any temporary, unused system memory and stops stuck background processes that can affect your battery.
