Just recently brought this washing machine to replace our old one and I have to say that I am really impressed with the capacity and the quietness of the machine during both the wash and spin cycles. Admittedly our old machine was more than 10 years old, but the clothes do come out cleaner with this one. With 4 of us in the household (two 9 year olds), our old machine was on every day of the week, so far, this machine is on every other day, which must mean I'm saving, not just on detergent, softener, but also on electricity especially as the wash cycle is much shorter, so super impressed.

Very high capacity. Good choice of cycles enables choice of what's important for that load. I was guided by the top Which (Consumer Association) review. Obviously excellent at cleaning and spinning. Weighs the load to determine water use and cycle duration etc. Can use my Samsung app to control it. Very happy with my choice!

As I can control and monitor it from my phone, it's brilliant. That way I stay up-to-date with how long it has left to finish. It also alarms on the device and my phone when it has finished. When setting the wash on my phone it asks you what type of cloths/garments are in the tub and a few other questions. It saves me money as well as it is an A rated appliance. I love how many different washes there on your phone (4 more than on the appliance).

Got this machine to replace my old Samsung which had lasted over 10 years. This one is much bigger so can fit duvets which I wanted to be able to wash. It's very quiet when running and you can turn off the musical noises easily. The different programs aren't clearly explained in the accompanying booklet but you can find information online. Some (the more energy efficient ones) are very long at nearly 3 hours so I don't use them very often. The shorter standard settings are great. I find it difficult to judge how much detergent to add because the drawer is just a large void with no clear guidance. Seems to work well though. Couldn't get it to connect to Smart Things but that may be because the utility room is too far from the router.

I purchased this washing machine couple of days ago and I was impressed with the quality of the product and how well packed it was during delivery . The machine promptly registered to my Samsung account and we were merry washing 😀, unfortunately I have encountered spin issues which happens randomly for no reasons!. Some washes seems to complete, other times the machine encounters spin issues. I have calibrated the machine a couple of times. I hope this is specifically to my machine, but not a overall issue. Hope to get it fixed soon

This is a great machine and has many great features. Only problem is the wash cycle time. It has a large capacity but what use is it when your wash time changes from 1 hour 27 mins to 3 hours 59 mins. This is a built in feature that I was not aware of. If I had known about this feature I wouldn't have purchased this machine. The machine is intelligent enough to adjust the wash time and assumes you will be happy for it to wash for up to 4 hours. It's a quiet machine and even the spin is not so load.

Mechanically works great but unless the dial is physically at the download marking you can't start with your phone so need to physically be at the machine to do this. Similarly disappointed with the rigid programs available and unable to add anything new ie sports shoes, duvet etc. Most of the cycles are really long so I'm usually sticking to the one 40 min cycle. Overall a good machine but program and selection options really let this down. This is using a Samsung S26 mobile, should be seamless.

Machine has plenty of functions which is great but does not have a spin only option if you just want that one extra spin. Also, I would avoid if you are going to house this machine under a counter top or in an island as I have done because the drawer doesn't pull out very far, I have had to buy special small cups in order to load my detergent and fabric conditioner. Also, make sure you make a note of the serial number for the machine before you install it as you need it to register your warranty and it's a great shame that I now have to get the machine back out of the island just to register the warranty. The instructions say that the serial number can be found on the front door of the machine but that's either outdated information for older machines or someone has forgotten to add to my machine.

Disclaimer: I've only just installed this washing machine, it's running it's first cycle now. It's very quiet, the app was a bit awkward to set up (kept returning straight to the login page after logging in, I found that if I spammed the login button 5 times in a quick burst it would get the message and move forward). First thing I noticed is that despite having an 11kg drum it is smaller than my previous washing machine which had a 9kg drum (older samsung).

Absolutely amazing product. It has a bigger capacity enabling me to have to wash less, meaning it is more efficient on electric costs. The design matches my heat pump dryer perfectly. I have this connected to the household WIFI and my Samsung mobile which tells me when the cycle has finished even when I am out and about. Finally, the performance of this machine is just the best and I personally love the tune it plays when the wash cycle has finished.

Super quiet, clothes come out barely damp on a 1400 spin and the motor comes with a 10 year warranty with 5 years for the machine itself. We chose the 11kg version as we assume it is more robust than the lower weight rated machines. One small negative is it will not connect to my Samsung phone which is only 3 years old. It says 'this phone is not compatible'. No big deal though.

Great machine so far. Easy to use and cleans well. Nice and quiet compared to previous machine. Only fault I've found so far is no function to just spin if a second spin is needed although this may be user error and not often needed just on occasion certain clothes such as thick coat hasn't spun as well. Also love the filter function having a pipe to empty water if needed to save flooding floor.

After 24 hours and 2 large washes we are impressed, it sems to just swallow the washing pile. Could have done with a bit more of a manual with the machine. The online manual is good but my pc is nowhere near my washing machine. The wifi only works on 2.5 MHz and my booster on works on 5Mhz. Apart from these two niggles everything else is great.

This washing machine has a good capacity but despite 1400rpm spin it is not as dry as our 11 years old washine macine which started to diintegrate. I think Samsung needs to concentrate on washing and spinning rather than AI and WI Fi. Washing and spin is the most important part of washing machine.

Very energy efficient. Smart things helps me keeps tabs of my wash and the wash cycles were as expected. The washing machine sometimes adjust the wash cycle/time but this I noticed only happens with heavy wash.

Love the size of the drum and how quickly it completes cycles. The 15 mins quick wash is great, and I can tell when cycles are complete as I get a notification on my phone and on our Samsung TV screen!
