Mechanically works great but unless the dial is physically at the download marking you can't start with your phone so need to physically be at the machine to do this. Similarly disappointed with the rigid programs available and unable to add anything new ie sports shoes, duvet etc. Most of the cycles are really long so I'm usually sticking to the one 40 min cycle. Overall a good machine but program and selection options really let this down. This is using a Samsung S26 mobile, should be seamless.

Great machine very quiet etc. Had great experience with old samsung machine which eventually died and therefore bought series 5 BUT where's the spin only option (which was on the old machine). How are you supposed to deal with hand wash only.

Your machine does have a spin-only cycle, and the simplest method is to select the Rinse + Spin cycle and then press the Spin button to deselect the Rinse option. The display will then show the duration for a spin-only cycle, and you can press this button again to adjust the duration. Alternatively, you can access the spin-only cycle via the SmartThings app on your connected device. Very quiet even on fast spin. Sings tube at the end and you can set reminders that your machine is still full so the ADHD in me doesn't forget! Highly recommend

The only problem i found as senior citizens having the serial number on the back of the machine is wrong. We had to get someone in to pull out the machine to get the numer to register for the additional warranty. Please put it on the front inside the door or on a sticker customers can attach to their paperworkk.

Great machine so far. Easy to use and cleans well. Nice and quiet compared to previous machine. Only fault I've found so far is no function to just spin if a second spin is needed although this may be user error and not often needed just on occasion certain clothes such as thick coat hasn't spun as well. Also love the filter function having a pipe to empty water if needed to save flooding floor.

Love smartthings. I scoffed at our samsung dryer being able to connect to our wifi, even as a geek I thought that went too far. But when it notified our samsung tv in a small alert in the top corner that it had finished, well what a game changer. So when it came to replacing our washing machine, samsung was the obvious choice. I have it connected to our TVs but also to our homeassistant. (see told you I was a geek) we get notified so much information which is SO helpful with three kids to keep up with washing and drying. The machine does a great job and the 11kg drum size is amazing!

Absolutely useless washing machine! I have never had such an appalling machine.Stopped draining and spinning when just over 2 years old. Called Samsung and used their official repair team ACL who came out charging me for the initial visit then I waited 3 w for them to return to supposedly repair the device at great cost. Still not working properly and I can't use the machine. Want to charge me again to return for the same initial fault within the 3 month period. I would rather buy a new machine from a different company. Terrible customer service. I will never buy another Samsung product of any nature again.

Absolutely love this washing machine! The Samsung WW11DG5B25AEEU is a total game-changer — super quiet, easy to use, and fits a ton of laundry thanks to the big 11kg drum. Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I purchased this Samsung washing machine and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When the machine developed a fault, Samsung claimed it was due to “misuse,” yet the engineer’s official report only stated that a new drum was required. There was no mention of misuse in writing, which makes their position inconsistent and unfair. I was then quoted £516 to repair a machine that cost £519 new — an unreasonable and unacceptable outcome. This has caused major inconvenience, particularly as the machine is used daily to support my 90-year-old father. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or Samsung’s service. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and reliable aftercare — none of which I have received. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. And it’s still in the 5 year warranty they give you. Very upsetting

Machine has been used twice, first time was perfect. So impressed with quietness ans speed. Second time a disaster. Clothes soaked at end of cycle. Have now rerun on three different programmes and also reducing wash load. Still the same having to hand wring clothes and pray for good weather. Machine installed 13 July. A week later we have this disaster. Our first ever bad experience with Samsung. So, so disappointed.

Very high capacity. Good choice of cycles enables choice of what's important for that load. I was guided by the top Which (Consumer Association) review. Obviously excellent at cleaning and spinning. Weighs the load to determine water use and cycle duration etc. Can use my Samsung app to control it. Very happy with my choice!

We had an Samsung EcoBubble Washing Machine for 10 years and just replaced it now with another Samsung. Same as before but now has Wifi connectivity, 20 year warranty on the motor and increased capacity. Above all, my wife loves it as she did the previous Samsung Washing Machine and you can't get better that that.

I wanted a quiet machine, which it is. Digital display easy, plays a tune when finished which is bizarre but cute. Large capacity so can do fewer loads. so far all programmes are good, except quick wash not good for really soiled items.
