[Samsung Recovery Solution 3] Why few drives display in the Select Drive during backup?

Last Update Date : Apr 23. 2018

Occasionally, only some of the drives are displayed in the Select Drive window during a backup, when using Samsung Recovery Solution III or higher version.

The total capacity to be used for the Complete Backup and Data Backup functions is calculated and only the drives that have free space for the operation are displayed. Therefore, drives that have insufficient free space are not displayed.

● Do not delete any programs to increase drive space. It can cause some damage to your computer.

● Hence, we recommend you to check the free space of the drive first before a backup, if you want to back up to a special drive.

● In addition, network drives are not supported at present.
