How to change the Folder color and transparency in Galaxy devices

Starting with One UI 8.5, the folder settings concept has been updated. You can now customize the folder color and opacity (transparency) by pressing and holding the folder and accessing the 'Folder settings' menu.

Note:-

  • Screens and Images are simulated.
  • Available options may vary by model.

Steps to change Folder color and opacity (transparency)

One UI 8.5

press and hold folder press and hold folder

1. Press and hold the folder you want to customize.

tap on settings tap on settings

2. Tap on Settings.

Under Folder settings adjust the color and opacity (transparency) as desired Under Folder settings adjust the color and opacity (transparency) as desired

3. Under Folder settings, adjust the color and opacity (transparency) as desired.

tap on save tap on save

4. Tap on Save.
