How to enable Power Saving Mode in Samsung Galaxy Tab2(GT-P3100)
STEP 1. GETTING STARTED
Note:The home screen layout represented is from Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 Android Operating System. This layout can change with change in platform or firmware versions.
a) Tap on Applications as shown in the image below.
b) Tap on Settings.
STEP 2. ENABLING POWER SAVING MODE
c) You will obtain a screen where various Setting options will be provided.Tap on Power Saving as shown below.The Power Saving window gets visible on the right hand side of screen.You will observe that Power Saving is Off.Tap and Hold the button (shown by hand image) and drag it towards Right.
d) You will now observe that Power Saving button turns Green as shown in the image below.Under Power Saving Mode Settings ,CPU power saving and Screen power saving are unmarked.Tap on both to mark them.This will reduce CPU and Screen power usage.
e) Observe that both CPU power saving and Screen power saving now turns live with both marked.This completes the process of Power saving in Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.
