How to register Fingerprints in Samsung Galaxy Note5(SM-N920G)?
a). Tap on Apps icon from the Home screen.
b). Tap on Settings.
c). On the Settings screen, tap on Lock screen and security.
d). Tap on Fingerprints.
e). Tap on Add fingerprint.
f). Read the disclaimer, and then tap on Confirm.
g). Place your finger on the Home key.
h). Lift your finger when the device vibrates, and then place it on the Home key again.
i). When a screen appears requesting you to register a backup password, enter the backup password and then tap on CONTINUE.
j). Enter the backup password again to verify it and then tap on OK. You can use the backup password instead of scanning your fingerprint.
k). When a fingerprint lock pop-up window appears, tap on SET. You can now use your fingerprints to unlock the screen.
l). To unlock the lock screen, place your registered finger on the Home key.
m). Alternatively, you can enter a password when the fingerprint recognition function is temporarily unavailable. Tap on BACKUP PASSWORD.
n). Enter the backup password and then tap on Done.
