How to set Always On Display feature in Samsung Galaxy S7(SM-G930FD)?
Always On Display (AOD) of the Galaxy S7 allows you to check the time and date with ease, and also keep an eye on missed calls and message alerts, even when the phone is not in use and just on standby. And, with its variety of clocks, calendars and themes, the AOD even offers customization options.
Navigate to Apps → Settings → Display → Always on Display → Activate → Select content to show
Pictorial representation to enable AOD are as follows:
a). You can set the device to display information, such as a clock, calendar, or image, on the screen when it is turned off. On the home screen, tap Apps.
b). Tap Settings.
c). Tap Display.
d). Tap Always on display.
e). Tap the Switch to activate it.
f). Tap Content to show.
g). Select an item to display.
● Clock : Select a clock style and a background image.
● Calendar : Select a calendar style.
● Image : Select an image to display on the screen when it is turned off.
h). When the screen is off, the device will display the Selected information.
