how to fix application download issue?

Please follow the steps listed below:

1 We request you to set the device Network mode to “LTE/3G/2G (Auto connect)” or “LTE Only”or “3G only” mode .

Steps:  Setting > Connection > Mobile Networks >Set the network 

2 Please keep sufficient internal memory free in the device.

Steps:  Setting > Storage

3 Please enable the download manager function in your device.

Steps:  Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol >Tab Download manager > Tap on enable button

4 We recommend you to perform of download manager clear data function in your device.

Steps:  Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol > Tab system app > Tab Download manager >Tab Storage > Tab Clear data

5 Please clear data of '''Google Play Store''' in your device

Steps: Setting > Applications > On top right corner tap on 3 dots symbol > Google Play Store>Storage > Clear data

6 Kindly update your device software.

Steps:  Setting > About device > Software Update

7 Kindly create data backup of your device via '''SMART switch''' mobile application or pc suite and reset the device

Steps:  Setting > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset

8 Kindly remove Google account configured in the device before resetting

Steps:  Settings > Accounts > Google > Tap on account > Click on more option at top right corner > Tap on Remove Account
