Why Software Upgrade via FOTA failed in S9
It can appear on some limited S9/S9+ devices.
If your device was successfully booted up even though failed pop up was shown on your device, please first try to update software again via Smart Switch PC before visiting Samsung Service center.
If your device failed to complete the FOTA process correctly and were unable to fully boot up such as stuck to specific percent or freezing at Samsung logo or Android Recovery mode, please contact a Samsung Service Center to download latest software on your Galaxy S9/A9+.
