Checking The Firmware Version Currently Installed On My Blu-Ray Player

Blu-Ray Firmware :

You can Check for the firmware version by the following the below steps :

 

a. Power on the Blu-ray player and wait for the home menu to display.

 

b. Press the Eject button on the Blu-ray remote and wait for the disc tray to eject.

If your player has a slot tray and not a disc tray, remove any disc and wait for 'no disc' message to appear on the front display.

 

c. Press and hold the Info button on the Blu-ray player or Blu-ray HTS remote, the firmware version is displayed to the right of S/W. For example, the S/W below is 1016.2.

d. Press the Eject button to close the disc tray and exit the System Version screen.
