Facing clouding effect problem in Samsung TV. What can I do now?
Sorry that your Samsung TV is making problem. Surely we will forward your request; but it would be very helpful if you check the following settings as well and get to know about the actual issue yourself. It might get resolved by you quickly.
- Checked by using different signal source
- If smart TV then checked by update firmware
- If non smart TV, then checked by update firmware through USB.
- Have you checked the picture check option in TV menu
- Reset the picture
As you have tested all this & problem not solved, we are forwarding a request to service center. Within 3 working days our engineer will visit at your home for service.
