We understand how important it is to be able to view and track your health data seamlessly across your devices, and we'd love to help with this. Your phone and smartwatch must both be connected over Bluetooth and through the Galaxy Wearable app to sync Samsung Health data. Make sure your Watch9 doesn't have Power saving, Aeroplane mode, or Watch only mode turned on, as these modes restrict features that are required to sync data. You can check these Settings by swiping down on your smartwatch to access the Quick Settings panel. It's important to note that whenever Aeroplane mode is turned on, Bluetooth will automatically turn off, and you'd need to manually turn Bluetooth back on each time. Check that your software is up to date on both your smartwatch and your phone. For your smartwatch, you can check this by navigating to Settings > General > Watch software update, or via your Galaxy Wearable app. For your phone, if it is a Galaxy phone, you can check this at Settings > Software update > Tap Download and install. The Watch9 battery is much larger, but it has a much more powerful processor, and it requires more regular charging because it uses many complex apps, a high-refresh display, continuous background sensors, and Wear OS, among other upgraded features and hardware. Alternatively, use the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone for hundreds of pre-made and highly customizable designs. Tracking Pickleball: You can easily create a custom exercise instead of using a generic placeholder. Open Samsung Health on your watch, go to Exercise, tap Add, Create new exercise, enter "Pickleball," and tap Save. Time Display (AM/PM or 24-hour): The watch automatically mirrors your connected phone's system time settings. Please verify the time format settings on your phone.
