Track your Vitals in Samsung Health using the Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2

Vitals refers to five important metrics that your compatible Galaxy watch measures while you sleep. These are heart rate, respiratory rate, skin temperature, SpO2, and heart rate variability. Your watch analyzes this data to look for significant changes.

Track your Vitals in Samsung Health using the Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2

Open Samsung Health on your watch.

Swipe up and tap the Samsung Health app icon.

Open the Vitals tile.

Swipe to and tap Vitals to open the tracker. If you just got your watch, you'll have to wear it to sleep for 7 nights to develop your baseline. 

 

Once you've worn your watch to sleep for a week, you can come back to this same tile to view your data.

Learn more about Vitals.

From the Vitals tile on your watch, scroll to the bottom and tap Show on phone. Now, on your connected phone, tap the menu in the upper right corner, and then tap About vitals. You can read all about the data that's tracked and how it's used to help you stay on top of your health.
