Returned 85” QN90B for this 85” QN85C based on in-store floor model performance of 75”. I give this a 2 stars since it is an improvement from the QN90B, but the 85” screen reflection from room lighting is far worse than the 75”, and from my older Q60. More pixels does not offset bad room light reflection that not only reflects the light, but projects rainbow spectrum streams/smears across the screen (see pics, ref Ticket# 5131915968)

I have it paired with a Q-Series soundbar and woofer, and the sound complements the tv nicely! I've wanted a neo qled tv for two years and finally bought one. I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend that others I know purchase one because it is truly a "smart" smart tv! The integration of Alexa, AI, and other features makes it a remarkable, sound investment. I cannot yet stream CNN from this model, but I have requested that CNN tweak their app to allow this model Samsung! All other apps are easy to stream!

El primer tv de 2022 que revisamos viene de Samsung, la marca surcoreana apuesta a su segunda generación de Neo QLED con retroiluminación miniLED la cual presenta paneles Advanced Super Dimension Switch (ADS-IPS) y VA, tienen 10 Bits Nativos y nuestra muestra tiene 576 zonas de local dimming. (36H x 16V) en el tamaño de la muestra 55". Este número aumenta en el tamaño de 65" a 720 (40H X 18V) y en los tamaños de 75" y 85" presenta paneles VA con el mismo número de zonas, pero mayor contraste nativo. Diseño, Multimedia, Ángulos de Visión y Audio: El sobrio diseño de marco negro con el logo de Samsung al lado derecho, en la parte posterior vemos las conexiones y el acabado en plástico, no contamos con el famoso One Conect Box como en las series 9, una de las ventajas de ser miniLED es que el panel ya no es tan grueso. El diseño del stand es diferente al año pasado ya que ahora vemos un stand más corto, de forma hexagonal y de un solo color. Movimiento, Uniformidad y Conclusiones: Respecto al movimiento aquí encontramos 3 modos: Black Frame Insertion con Movimiento Libre de LED el cual disminuye la luminancia y causa flicker visible, tenemos también el Auto Motion Plus en Suave, Normal y Personal y utiliza PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) con la luz de fondo de 40 a menos @960hz lo cual estabiliza el local dimming y evita el molesto judder en contenidos 24p. A partir de 41 utiliza Sample and Hold usando 120hz y obviamente las líneas se reducen a 600. En el modo juego esto ocurre a partir de 30 y no 40 de luz de fondo. La uniformidad del panel este año no presenta destellos ni banding, se aprecia ligero Blooming en escenas donde los detalles especulares altos son muy brillantes y las sombras demasiado oscuras, el haloing solo se nota levemente y cuando nos ponemos de lado que no son situaciones super ideales. Y esto lo vemos más notorio en HDR. El algoritmo y su control de las zonas de dimming este año hace a este tv una apreciable evolución respecto al QN85A ya que ambos tienen la misma números de zonas, pero diferente software de control. Si tuviera que elegir uno sería el modelo de este año sin dudarlo para visualizar contenido de referencia en SDR. Las imágenes en HDR han mejorado su manejo de las barras negras que ahora son un gris bastante fuerte y si bien el local dimming sufre por atenuar pequeñas zonas no es tan destruyente como el año pasado. Obviamente el panel ADS mostrará muchas escenas con un gris fuerte en vez de negro o un ligero blooming pero es tolerable. Contamos con un modo juego donde tenemos la slider de Dynamic Black Equalizer que nos permite maximizar el nivel de negro y detalles de sombra en pleno juego sin el detrimento de causar mayor input lag, lo cual beneficia a los jugadores y nos da un modo juego en condiciones óptimas y perfectamente calibrable. El input lag lo tomamos cortesía de RTINGS y sería 10.7 ms SDR y HDR en modo juego y con AMP sería de 23.6 ms y cuando pasamos 1080/1440p/4k/ 8k a 120hz es 5.8 ms. The sound quality is excellent and does not require any other technology for enhancement. The display, especially when watching sports or fast motion picture, is incredibly detailed in color and contrast. The App interface is user-friendly and the menu options easy to maneuver. My wife and I are completely enamored with the quality of the image and overall performance of this TV. In addition, the solar-cell remote is a perfect compliment to manage the TV. No longer sorry about batteries with this ultra sleek and compact remote! The quality and practicality of this TV will be hard to match for other TVs in its class.

There is a stark difference between this and the regular TVs I’ve used in the past. ​The HDR looks awesome, though I will say you’ll want to spend some time in the settings to really dial it in. Once you tweak it, it’s night and day. I also really appreciate the stand design. it’s actually high enough that my soundbar fits seamlessly underneath without blocking the bottom of the screen. Plus, the OS is super snappy. The HDR and high refresh rate make this perfect for gaming and it really makes my PS5 pro shine

Esta hermosa, es increíble posta no confiaba tanto y me superó las expectativas. Para el que tenga dudas es compatible totalmente con ps5, ya sea en 60 o 120hz la imagen es recontra fluida. La interfaz es super fluida, tiene una banda de Apps de aplicaciones de entretenimiento para descargar (Disney+, Movistar, DGo, Telecentro Play, y nuchas otras, son una banda) En resumen, la mejor tv que tuve hasta el momento.

This tv is incredible. The colors are bright & the blacks are super dark. Even when you stand completely on the side, the screen is as bright as can be. Entire TV is only 3/4" thick with a one connect that can be placed anywhere, on the stand or hidden away in a cabinet. Image is amazing & fills entire screen almost to the very edge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV however there are a few issues that I wish Samsung would address. 1. Allow the user to install apps from unknown sources. I have several apps with a paid subscription that I cannot install due to not being available via Samsung app store. There is no way to install apps via USB flash drive. This is a huge issue for me. 2. When I change from one app to the other the TV will have no sound until I go into settings and changes the output source to the same one it was already on even though it worked perfectly before the app change. This is VERY annoying! If these issues were resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is replacing my 65" Samsung Q70AA QLED 4K UHD TV. I was able to get the TV unboxed and mounted in about 30 minutes and the setup took less than 5 minutes including getting signed into my various streaming accounts. It has an updated UI that is taking a little getting used to, but overall I would say it is an improvement. The UI is much more responsive, but it seems a little cluttered. The QN800D has a gaming hub that supports XBOX and Nvidia Geforce Now and allows you to directly connect an Xbox controller for gameplay. I have only had a chance to play Fortnite with my kid so far, but it seem to run at about the same quality as his Nintendo Switch connected to Samsung 4K TV. I do not have any 8K media to feed it, but the picture seems very crisp and the 4K content I am watching seems much better quality than it was on the 4K TV it replaced. The sound on this TV is amazing as well. I have the QN800D paired to a Samsung Q910C 9.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbar with Q-Symphony enabled and it makes the room sound like a movie theater. I need to get this setup for a few other rooms in the house.

Here comes the 2026 Samsung Neo QLED QN80A and this was the television I deserved and needed. This TV provides exceptional brightness and improved sharpness and great sound. The QN80H has game mode that features refresh rate up to 144Hz and latency is very minimum when playing fast pace action games. The great thing about the TV was no console is needed and you can connect the controller with bluetooth and sign into an account or try one for free and play. This TV has the latest software NQ4 AI Gen 2 processor and the upscaling of real-time scenes from older footage. The AI feature allows you to use the remote for Voice Amplifier and adjusting settings within the TV, and search features of an array of things. The Televison also has an Art Gallery and you can add personal pcitures or simply allow the TV to change the art automatically to see the beauty. If you have small kids there is a kids section that will keep them entertained for hours with movies and animated fun for hours. This was an excellent purchase and I would definitley recommend to family, friends, and to anyone who wants a quality televsion for a good price.

The picture quality stands out right away, especially in darker scenes where blacks actually look dark instead of the grayish glow that you usually get. The contrast is impressive thanks to the Mini-LED backlighting, and bright scenes still pop without washing everything out. The AI picture features do a solid job in the background adjusting brightness, sharpening content, and even improving older, lower-resolution videos with upscaling, so you don’t really have to mess with settings much. It also includes Samsung’s automatic picture optimization, which helps fine-tune the image without needing a professional setup and eliminates the need for trying to figure out the best setting your self. The smart TV experience is smooth and convenient. All the major streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime Video are built in and load quickly, so there’s really no need for an external streaming device. Navigation feels responsive, and the interface is easy enough to get used to after a little time. Gaming on a PS5 has also been great the high refresh rate make fps and racing games feel smooth and responsive, and overall motion handling is clean with no blur.

After those it's all flat panels from a bunch of different brands but for price and solid value on quality items it's Samsung for me... I'm not very brand conscious but there are a few and Samsung is already at the top of the list and I'll possibly buy their next generation if and when I might want it and can afford it... Not the world's finest but very very good because I've never had a technical issue or warranty problem: pretty good after 60 years or so, right?

Putting this TV together took two of us but the work was well worth it. It wasn't a daunting task and the instructions are simple to follow. Love the overall design of the TV set and how sleek it is and how it compliments my entertainment system. Diving into the overall experience from unpacking to user experience: After we set up the tv, the menu setup was short and sweet. Being that we are a Samsung family, I was able to use my phone to setup the tv and balance the color. Also, which I believe is a nice touch is the addition of SmartThings. From The comfort of my couch and the tv, I’m able to control my lights, blinds and vacuum. This tv allows for this simple integration without a hiccup. Once the tv was setup and all devices were connected it was time for a serious treat. The picture quality of this device is mind blowing! It’s pure eye candy and I feel as if it’s a crime for the picture to look this good! It’s as if we are right there in the action and have to remind our mind that this is a tv and not real life. The picture is something to see. Remote control: The remote is small and sleek. I like the fact that it’s solar powered and the battery seems to Have a long life. I love the addition of hot keys that allow me to open certain applications for my viewing pleasure. Final thoughts: Overall this is a major win in my book and I can't wait to host the next movie night.  I love this TV and cannot see me ever wanting to switch brands.

Purchased this TV 3 months ago (July 2024-Oct. 2024) after my last samsung tv died after less than 3 years. I had hoped my last tv was an outlier. I was wrong. This new tv already has a burned in image! A tv that isn't supposed to let that happen. A TV program was watched for less than an hour before the afterimage stuck. Not some static picture. Different scenes and Commercials, etc. I drove 6 hours to buy this tv because my local store didn't have one and spent more $$$$ than usual on a tv because I was expecting to own it for 5-10 years. Didn't get 5 months. We even have Samsung phones...Looks like it's time to make a change.

Definitely worth spending a little bit more and buy the quality stuff that you won’t regret to have for years! I originally had a 75 inch but upgraded to 85! I love watching movies on it and I have my friends and coworkers wanting to come over to my house to watch movies and games! This TV also has great responsiveness for gaming as well! The picture is so much clearer than what I previously had. It's almost like being in person lol. It connected very easily to my wireless network, and it didn't take long to add the apps for my favorite streaming services that weren't already pre-installed. One thing I appreciate is the legs. I have it sitting above my fireplace on the mantle which is only 8-1/2 inches wide but because of the way the legs are flat instead of 4 points like many other brands, it's sits there just fine and is very solid. The remote it very intuitive and easy to use with dedicated buttons for the three biggest streaming services. It also features voice control. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family living room has a 55 inch, 2018 model year OLED TV that we've enjoyed for many years now. Going from a regular LCD TV at the time to OLED was a massive upgrade, and it's hard to imagine how much better things could have improved? Installation is really easy after fitting the base to the TV. All connections to the TV go through the connectivity box included which means you can put that on a shelf on your AV stand. Then a single cable from that goes to your TV and keeps everything neat. Getting the TV up and running and set up with Satellite tuning takes only a few minutes using the on screen instructions and QR code. I prefer certain settings with my TVs with how colours and motion look so I spent some time on YouTube with 8K and 4K HDR videos as well as movie trailers to get things exactly the way I want. First impressions were just how BRIGHT this thing was. It's over and above my 2018 OLED in terms of brightness and on par with a flagship OLED we have in another room. It took me a few goes to get my settings to "stick" as a few of the quick and easy TV modes will set things back to defaults, but with a bit of trial and error I got the hang of what I could and couldn't change without it changing other settings. I'm not a fan of motion processing and I quite like film grain so some of those advanced settings I turned off entirely. However some of the automatic HDR and colour/contrast settings are definitely worth having on so there's enough in there to be really precise about how you want things to be set up. And if you just want to go with some "out of the box" settings then those are really easy to use. One thing that was immediately obvious was how much better the sound was over our old OLED TV. There is significantly more body to the sound and arguably you dont HAVE to go and buy a soundbar for this TV, unless you really want one. I can honestly say that the Samsung QLED looks amazing, and is a big upgrade over our older OLED TV. As a living room TV it makes the cartoons the kids watch on YouTube look fantastic, and then when switching to our streaming service apps that we installed directly from the Smart TV features, those look brilliant too. Samsung Neo QLED 8K has been a massive upgrade to our living room viewing. I tend to keep living room TVs for 5-10 years at a time and this has us covered for a long time to come with the 8K screen and every other modern feature you want. Buy with confidence!

We’ve had our tv for a few months now. And I’m not entirely happy with it. There has been sporadic problems where the tv will just up and shut down. Sometimes it will come back on on its own sometimes it will then shut right down again. Then come back on. Other times I have to turn it back on. It seems to happen more when I’m playing games on Xbox. It also has sound problems too. I’m using a Samsung sound bar with it. But the sound cuts out for a second every now and then. Sometimes it happens a lot. Sometimes not so much. I’m not sure if this is the fault of the tv, sound bar or both. Great picture though. We rely on it heavily for online content, ie netflix.

It's bright, easy to set up, and contrast is good. Colors are vibrant and there's enough adjustability in settings to tweak the brigtness and contrast to your preference. Cons: reflective screen shows clearly lights and windows/doors and bright light sources easily compared to the 90 series variant (use a tiltable wall mount to minimize this issue). Dolby Atmos sound settings I can't get to work paired with a high end Samsung sound bar that has Dolby Atmos. The solar powered remote works but buttons are limited and I wish it was a little larger (small remote).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 55” Class QN85C Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is the first QLED TV I have owned and must admit I am highly impressed! The picture quality on this TV is absolutely phenomenal, and even the audio is superb. I really like the 55” size TV for my living room, it fits perfectly and the picture quality is so clear, detailed and vibrant. The graphics, color, and contrast are all on point as well! The remote control is another impressive addition to this TV as it’s a SolarCell Remote that features a solar panel for charging and a built in microphone to use with your voice assistant. And as you can see, this is another Spongey approved product! This is our favorite TV yet :).

Compre este TV hace un mes y hasta ahora sin ningún problema. Buenos colores, bueno en escenas oscuras a pesar de tener un panel ADS, buena imagen, atenuación local aceptable y un buen sistema tizen hasta el momento. El único inconveniente que he tenido desde un inicio, es que a veces el cuando presiono algún botón del control, el tv no reconoce la acción, y se queda congelado durante unos segundos luego ya todo normal, me pasa una vez al dia como mínimo pero no es molesto. Solo espero que Samsung mejore este TV con futuras actualizaciones para potenciarlo aun mas de lo que de por si este televisor ya lo es.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Samsung products and have own quite a few. Setup... Out the box this was easy to setup and was was watching TV within 10 mins. Having owned previous models of Samsung TVs it somehow knew the settings from my TV once I had logged in, then from there it set everything up from my phone and tuned in my Freesat channels in no time. This also synced up with my soundbar automatically. Usage This is a lot faster than previous models as the menu screen loads almost immediately from hitting the power button. Apps The TV comes preloaded with all the usual apps like Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc and has loads of additional ones you can load like Plex for streaming from your home PC/media centre. I was also surprised that this had Xbox and Geforce gaming build in and the TV will connect to a Xbox controller so you can game online.

Para ver TV, Películas, Gaming con consola xbox series x, streaming, etc. Lo que mas resalto es el terrible brillo que tiene, muy buenos colores, tambien los negros son muy buenos aunque se apreciaría mas alguna actualización que lo afine un poco mas. En algunas escenas se nota algo de blooming. De todas maneras los negros son excelentes. Destacables conexiones con 4 HDMI 2.1 completas (4k 120hz). Lo que destaco también es el sonido DOLBY ATMOS que en combinación con mi equipo de sonido de primer nivel hacen un conjunto impresionante. En definitiva un televisor excelente.

The HD is truly high definition, and the colours and pixels are fantastic and super clear, you feel like you are fully immersed. The TV is ultra-thin so does not take up much space and comes with 2 remote controls. The 1st remote; the larger one is operated by batteries and has pre-set buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus and Disney+. The 2nd smaller remote has very few buttons so is minimalist but also has the same 4 pre-set buttons. This remote is charged via USB or via the Solar Cell on the back which just needs to be exposed to light to extend the battery. It was easy to set up the TV and to connect to all the different apps. I am very impressed with this TV, my last TV was Samsung, but this has exceeded my expectations due to the superior quality viewing which has made my TV viewing more pleasurable.

The only thing that I have issues with is when the picture is shot in a dark environment it’s very hard to see dimensionsAnd characters. That is the only thing that is disappointing you can’t really tell what’s on the screen if it’s a dark movie. I also enjoy how easy it is to stream on the different apps that’s on the television. It’s a very seamless process. This is my fourth Samsung TV. Currently I have four of them in the home. I am very satisfied with the product and brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the picture and sharpness of the tv. It’s great for sports, movies, and everyday use. The remote is a weak spot and somewhat difficult to use. For example, there is not a button to select input and you have to keypress several times to get to inputs. Also there is a reflection issue when any light is reflected on the screen from behind, see picture. The viewing angle is very good and I don’t have any loss of picture when viewed at a 45 degree angle. One final observation is that if you are going to mount the tv on a vertical support, the base cannot be used and therefore you can’t place a soundbar directly below as advertised, or use the wire organizer on the base.

En fondo negro con texto blanco, como ser los créditos de películas, se nota bastante la retroiluminación, pero en cualquier otro escenario tiene una gran calidad, con negros profundos y muy buen contraste. Las prestaciones como HDR y la tasa de refresco variable lo hacen excelente para conectar una consola de última generación y disfrutar de todas las tecnologías actuales. El sistema operativo funciona muy bien, buena cantidad de aplicaciones que corren muy fluidas. Quizás los menues de opciones son un poco lentos en ocasiones, pero nada excesivo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a QLED television and I'm a very impressed. First off the TV is only about an inch thick and weights in at a svelte 38 lbs, which is so incredible compared to tvs even a few years old. The shipping box was slightly beat up but the screen was in perfect condition. I had someone mount it for me as I was worried I'd damage it. Once powered on the TV was extremely easy to ste up as it did almost all the work for you and having 4 hdmi ports it was smart enough to figure out what was plugged into it. Spectrum claims it supports Samsung tvs but the connection between the cable box and the TV is tenuous at best. Picture quality is excellent but my cable box only supports 1080p so I need to upgrade to actually make the most of the televisions picture. Hence the 4 stars. I'm still trying to play with the picture settings as Samsungs settings are a little jarring to my eyes.

Pésimo, en garantía cambio de panel completo, a los 6 meses.. 6 meses más y nuevamente fallas. No llego a 3000 hs de uso. Colors look bright and clear without looking fake, and movies and sports both look great on it. It also handles bright rooms way better than my older TV, which was important for me since there’s usually a lot of light in my living room. Streaming and just moving through the apps all feel really smooth and fast. Fast action scenes don’t get blurry, and everything loads pretty quickly. Setup was pretty straightforward too. The smart TV menu took me a little bit to get used to at first, but after a few days it felt easy enough to navigate. It’s also lighter than I expected, which made mounting it above the fireplace a lot easier than I thought it would be. Definitely doable without a ton of hassle if you’ve got a decent mount. The sound is actually decent on its own for normal watching, which surprised me a little. Overall, it just feels like a really solid TV for everyday use. Good picture, smooth performance, and easy to use once you get everything set up.

Just received it, still got it's little hiccups with upscaling but at least, Netflix movies looks super awesome, I dunno about blu ray because for some reason won't work with the tv . If they got rid of the upscaling issues where it's crystal clear and motion rate is upto par the tv would be a master piece and if they made free to air tv better picture quality. gaming picture quality could be a little be better as it flickering issues with movement but, this tv is still amazing compared to what their TVs used to be. In all in all pretty happy with this tv. If it was a master piece it would be 5/5 for me, almost there Samsung almost there.

The TV has great pictures in the daytime and nighttime. When I was considering a new TV, I had to make sure that picture quality was top tier, due to the amount of lighting in my living room. After reading reviews and researching, I knew samsung couldn't let me down. I use this TV everyday for the past year for sports, movies, playing game consoles. I particular really enjoy that film maker mode which enhances the movie effect and can not forget about the game mode it has for game consoles which is an outstanding feature. Overall I am satisfied with the TV, I suggest purchasing this particular model.

La tele en casa es multiuso, para ver películas por las apps, para gaming, para ver la tele... la verdad que es una tele espectacular que se adapta a todas las situaciones. Para ver películas por streaming es rapidísima, los modos cine y el sistema de sonido integrado en la tele son muy buenas. Por otra parte esta el gaming que ni bien prendes la consola se activa en modo gaming que se ve excelente. La puedo manejar desde mi celular (S22ultra) que me da esa facilidad de si me olvide de apagar la tele antes de salir de casa, con la app puedo ver que esta encendida y apagarla a distancia sin necesidad de volver. Todo es genial con este ecosistema!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is amazing. Easy to setup and is great when paired with Smart Things. I also purchased a Samsung SSD and loaded all my holiday photos and videos onto it and can now watch/view them on the big screen and annoy the family! Only thing is that it can only play all photos or videos, not both types sequentially. The gaming hub is also handy – I recently traded in the Xbox for a PlayStation, but kept my Xbox live subscription, so I can still play Xbox games on the TV without the console. Graphics aren’t the best, but the kids don’t mind. Haven’t explored the dozens of other features yet, but will do over the summer holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twelve months into living with this set I have found settings that make it watchable at night. The attempt to make a brighter led TV has been overdone for older viewers using the TV at night. I bought it because with floor to ceiling glass walls on 3 sides, the room is bright in daytime but at night it's not possible to reduce the TV's brightness enough to stop feeling 'assaulted' by the popping overall brightness. The only settings that work to reduce brightness somewhat are Filmmaker or Movie modes. However, picture quality when brightness is reduced is good. Note though, that viewing off-centre results in increasing levels of washed out colour.

Not a smart TV. Any cheap android plug-in box is capable of everything that this TV can't. There are only 4 supported web cameras. And they are not the best. Skype is not supported. Glitch with selecting an audio stream and subtitles if movie is paused is not fixed for several years already. Number of unsupported apps is HUGE. All because of a gread. You have to pay samsung or your app will not be supported. I'm pretty sure ny next TV will not be a Samsung. Never again I want to deal with that overadvertised half-ready product that doesn't support basic functionalities of cheapest no-name competitors. Any other smart TV would be better.

The graphics when you're watching movies or sports and also playing games makes you feel like you're actually involved. I love the slim remote control because it fits perfectly in my hand and also how I can control my TV with my phone as well. The audio is crystal clear and it's not muffled like other brands are and I bet it'll sound even better once I hook my surround sound system up to it. I love the movie theater experience it gives when you're watching the latest releases, I wish it was in 3D or had 3D capabilities. Buying this TV was a great decision and it doesn't disappoint and I can't wait to explore all that it has to offer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Design: Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The stand being in the middle (instead of two legs) cause the TV to be not-level for me. Real depth and AI motion enhancer pro: excellent for gaming, general viewing, and upscaling older content. However, I’m not a huge fan of the ultra-smoothing look for movies and TV shows. Tracking sound pro: the sound is great—I use an external soundbar system and the sound is going to the right speakers at the right time. Great picture. Pros: Very bright. Videos and movies are very smooth, almost too smooth looking. There is not a lot of 8K content out right now, but what I watched on YouTube and Vimeo looked excellent. Also, games and movies (4K UHD discs) looked great on the PS5. Remote is nice and light, ergonomic—I recommend watching the tutorial (in settings) for the remote because there are a lot of shortcuts. Sound is adequate but I always use a soundbar or an external speaker system anyway. Cons: Somehow my TV is not level. I’m not looking forward to taking apart the stand and re-doing it, but maybe this was my fault, and this would not be an issue if I wall mounted the TV. The microphone came turned off, so I could not use the voice feature… it took me forever to find the microphone switch on the TV (it’s a tiny switch on the bottom right if you’re facing the TV) The TV is heavy, especially with the 3-piece metal stand and the external port hub. I just expected new TVs to be much lighter than the flat screen TVs 5+ years ago. Overall, excellent TV and none of the cons I mentioned really bother me. In my opinion, I would recommend going bigger, like 85” or greater for an 8K TV, so you can really notice the details.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the TV for a couple of weeks now and it truly has a WOW effect. But it probably mostly comes from 85 inch size more than anything else. The picture quality is amazing. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the TV required nearly none setting up in terms of picture as all the colours set up automatically. The Tv mode also changes automatically when a gaming console is connected, the colours on gaming mode are way more vibrant and bright. It certainly is a brilliant TV but I dare to say that unless you have a much worse quality TV directly next to it to compare, you won’t notice the difference that much. And perhaps the price point of this TV means it’s a waste of money for majority of people if you can buy the same size TV for a fraction of the price. Couple negatives from me, the TV is meant to connect to the Smart Things app that would allow you to control the TV from your phone. This doesn’t work and no matter how many times I re-downloaded the app it just fails to connect - maybe it’s a phone thing. Secondly, we have hanged the TV on the wall - we used inexpensive wall bracket from an online retailer, not Samsung branded so perhaps that’s where the issue is. Putting the Tv on the bracket was straightforward, heavy but doable. However the TV is so slim and the HDMI and USB ports are very close to the middle of the TV that once you hang it they are completely inaccessible. That’s a huge shame as I like to plug in an external drive to the TV and watch films this way but it seems that unless we buy a Tv wall bracket that protrudes more from the wall (if that’s even a thing), we will never be able to plug anything in and removing the Tv from the wall bracket is just too much hassle - especially since it weights over 40 kilograms!

En mi caso lo uso conectado a una pc para jugar desde alli (en algunos casos tambien he jugado por streaming a traves de la aplicacion de xbox). Para clases virtuales dividiendo en varios escritorios es muy util tambien, se pueden cambiar los modos de color/brillo ajustandolo para que no sea cansador a la vista. Y luego para consumir contenido multimedia (sea cual sea el servicio de streaming) de forma casual todos los dias, gracias a la velocidad en la que carga y la variedad de apps disponibles puedo centralizar todo ahi (Desde Netflix a Crunchyroll! Si estan pensando en comprar una tv de tamaño mediano-grande, es una gran opcion!)

If you have a Samsung phone it's really easy to connect and set up the tv. You can add the tv on your smart things app and use it as a remote control. The interface of tv is easy to use. A lot of free channels to walk on Samsung tv app. Playing games on it is amazing. Usually tv's dont have good speakers. But this tv has great speakers and bass. The image quality is great as well. We played some 4k videos on YouTube and it was buttery smooth and with great sound. As of now the interface is smooth and quick. Let see how it is after a year or so. Usually with the smart tv I have seen issues with laggy interface after about year. Figures cross this doesn't happen with this tv.

La base es bastante robusta, perfecta para que la pantalla no esté insegura dado el tamaño de la misma. Es espectacular poderse manejar entre apps y que muestre en el home lo último que has visto. Se le pueden conectar perifericos, tanto por Bluetooth como por usb. Esto hace que puedas usar auriculares sin problemas y conectar mandos de distintas marcas. Que traiga la nube integrada para poder jugar video juegos es algo que quisiera que de ahora en adelante tengan todos mis televisores. Fue una excelente compra, no lo cambio.

I love the fact that the provided apps allow me to stream content from my cable provider and not have to rent a box from them. Soooo much better than my Vizio that cannot do this. The picture is phenomenal, from general TV watching, streaming or play a 4K movie. The colours are vibrant and sharp and really showcase what a TV should look like. Using a PS5 the Game Mode works fantastically, I have never seen my games look better. Instantaneous start-up with access to all you'll want your TV to do at your fingertips. The remote is simple but easy to use as are the menus on the TV itself. All in all for those looking to make use of a TV for your streaming needs, high definition UHD watching and for video games I cannot recommend enough.

El único inconveniente es que una vez pones "modo gaming" (en mi caso para jugar Xbox), al comienzo de los juegos, los negros se vuelven morados.. y si hay mucho blanco, se ve muy pixelado el contorno de los blancos... A medida que vas jugando se corrige el problema de los negros pero el de los blancos persiste. Muy raro esto para ser un televisor de esta gama.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and love it — the picture quality is amazing. This is a big step up from my old TV. Brightness is excellent even in a sunlit living room, and the contrast makes dark scenes look deep and detailed rather than washed out. Screen uniformity is great as well — colours and backlighting look even across the whole panel with no blotchy patches or edge glow, even on full-screen white or grey scenes. The 4K upscaling is impressive too; older HD content looks noticeably sharper. It's been responsive and smooth whether I'm streaming, gaming, or just navigating the menus. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for gaming mostly. Although the current gaming consoles may not be able to use this TV's maximum resolution, my gaming computer sure can, and it is amazing to see anything running in 8k. Even older games pushed out to 8k look way better than the newer versions of those games that still use 4k or less. I am overwhelmed with detail in whatever area of the screen I'm looking at. I honestly can't even begin to process what's in my peripheral vision just yet.

I bought this TV reading the reviews but not the right ones - there is a universal complaint about a very annoying popup that cannot be disabled every time - every time you adjust volume - a very large popup that takes over half the left side of the screen along with the volume bar at the bottom and this is such an annoyance I thought to return it.....and then read many many people have complained to samsung about this so hope for a firmware update to get rid of it!!

(Esta reseña se ha recibido a través de una promoción.) Lo utilizo para ver películas. Tiene una excelente calidad de imagen y se comporta muy bien en películas de acción con movimiento rápidos. Muy versátil en lo que son app de streaming. Es plano y la verdad que estaba muy acostumbrado al hermano de 55 curvo, que si bien es versión más antigua sigo extrañando. El control remoto también presenta nuevas características y funciones; es genial que se cargue de forma solar o por usb. Lo malo es que sólo funciona si apuntas a la tv (los controles anteriores no necesitan que sean dirigidos a la tv para funcionar). Tapado con una manta cuando hace frío te obliga a sacar la mano para subir el volumen. Jejeje Más allá de los detalles en contra las nuevas características y funciones son maravillosas y más aún si estás en invierno disfrutando de un buen chocolate y una entretenida película!

(Esta reseña se ha recibido a través de una promoción.) ¿Listo para entrar en un alucinante viaje visual? Ahre. Los colores en esta tele son muy vibrantes y los negros estan muy bien. Ver las pelis de Ghibli acá es increible. Ademas, por una publicidad vi que tenía para jugar jueguitos en la nube (se paga por separado). Es un viaje de ida, ya no tengo tanto tiempo para jugar, como cuando era pibe, pero absolutamente todos los jueguitos se ven espectaculares y van como una mantequita. Por otro lado, encontre un par de cosas malas relacionadas a Tyzen, o la interfaz. Cómo es posible que en ningun lugar incluyan la hora sin tener que poner la tele en ambient mode? Tuve que configurar una tab dentro del navegador para que me muestre la hora. Si intento usar la tele ni bien bien la prendo me tira errores de conexion, tengo que esperar unos segundos hasta que levante internet para recien usarla.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could no longer use my old Samsung tv as a 2nd screen after my laptop updated to windows 11. It was easy to connect my laptop via casting(not by workspace) on the new tv. I was also looking for a TV that would be easier to see dark scenes and there's a lot of reflection(I get headaches if I watch tv in the dark), more than my old Samsung. Which was a bit disappointing, so I'm back to moving lights around until I can actually see dark scenes.

The picture and sound quality are amazing the only negative which is normal was reaction time. After 2 years the reaction time between pressing the home button and the menu popping up began to lag same thing with navigation through out each app but usually I'd restart the TV and it would solve the problem occasionally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice tv good picture. But I think processor is too small. I bought 2 of these 75" and 85" both have same problem. When using it for streaming tv will freeze and go black. But as long as you don't use there smart tv function it works great. I fixed the issue by buying a Google cast plug in . This way I could use the tv. Actually very disapointing because I am a diehard samsung fan with everything I buy electronics is samsung.
