I have had many different generations of samsung smartwatches since the first samsung smartwatch. I usually will skip a gen or two in-between to ensure there's a significant upgrade worthy of spending the extra money. My past two watches by samsung was the galaxy watch 3 titanium and the watch 5 pro. The software os and how it responds on the watch ultra is night and day different compared to the previous generation watches. It finally works effortlessly when scrolling through settings or opening apps, there's no longer a lagg or hesitation. It feels more like a finalized product for the software vs the previous models which had much room for improvement. It's nice to see that Samsung didn't just focus on a redesign and actually put the effort in enhancing the user experience. The design from the pictures and video reviews, it made me skeptical of buying it. But in person and with the help of a few accessories, the watch is actually really nice and feels more like a premium watch rather than a toy like the watch 5 pro felt like. My only complaint really is that they didn't fully wrap the watch housing in the glossy titanium dark gray, the dull, non shiny dark gray along the edges, feels more like plastic than metal and makes it feel cheap at first. I would have preferred if they made that part optional, so you could choose to have a full titanium watch or have one thats part dull plastic look like this one has. That was one of my favorite parts of the watch 3 titanium, is the whole watch was titanium so it made it feel like a very expensive watch. Opposed to this watch. Which feels more like a watch to wear while working out, and not something you would wear when going out to a nice dinner or the clubs. The battery life is really good when running in battery saving mode, you can even configure to keep the health tracking/fitness sensors active or have them off during the battery saving mode. I wear the watch all day and when I'm sleeping, I just top the battery off with a small charge when showering and getting ready for the day in the am, and it charges fast so it's always full everytime I start my day. I would recommend seeing the watch in person, because the colors are slightly different in the photos than in real life. I think they've definitely improved the watch significantly, I just wish they had kept the rotating bezel, this watch has a bezel look alike but it's not functional. If you are thinking about upgrading your watch or switching over from a different watch brand, I would highly recommend it. And there are many ways you can personalize the watch like I did with 3rd party or even samsung accessories.

I've had the watch 4 classic for a couple years and it's time to upgrade. I wasn't sure about this watch because of the design, but after checking it out and comparing it to the watch 7, I'm glad I went with the ultra. It's absolutely amazing! I don't miss the rotating bezel as much as I thought i would and there are so many accessories you can find online to add to is already awesome build. I found this hefty band, bezel cover and scratch guard in the picture

The Galaxy Watch Ultra is an excellent watch, and I'm very pleased with the design and functionality. There's only one feature I wish it had - rotating bezel. I didnt deduct on my rating for that, because i knew before purchasing. The digital version of rotating bezel works well enough, but it is more satisfying (and accurate) with a physical rotating bezel (complete with click-click-click). Maybe on the next flagship watch we'll get that feature back.

I absolutely love my Galaxy Watch Ultra. It’s hands down my favorite smartwatch ever. It looks amazing, and while it’s a little heavy, it’s just enough to feel like a high-quality device without being bulky or uncomfortable. The watch is super powerful and does everything I need it to. The battery life is great; I easily get more than a day out of it, even with regular use. I’ve found it really helpful for tracking my fitness and sleep. The insights it gives me about my health have been really useful, especially for making small changes to my routine. I also really appreciate the always-on display. It’s nice to be able to glance at the time or other info without having to mess with the watch. All in all, it’s an awesome smartwatch. It looks great, works great, and has genuinely been helpful for staying on top of my health. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Muy contento con el producto, resistente, buen diseño, muy personalizable, y sobre todo bastante útil con todas sus funcionalidades. Lo único, hecho mucho de menos la ruedecilla giratoria que pierde en comparación a modelos anteriores y a los Galaxy Watch que no son Ultra, ese era uno de mis aspectos favoritos del diseño de Galaxy Watch. Igualmente, es increíble sus funcionalidades y utilidades.

Everything about the Samsung watch experience (I've owned every model since they first came out) has been upgraded and perfected. From the look and feel of the watch, to the incredibly well-designed band/strap attachment points and buckling system, Samsung went all out to deliver best-in-class EVERYTHING to the digital watch market. The responsiveness of the touch screen, to the smooth scrolling of the icons and individual apps, every little detail in thr software has been perfected. Now, is it worth the price? If Samsung gave you 2 or 3 bands instead of just one, AND a screen protector or case of some sort, I'd say yes. Otherwise, Samsung could've knocked the price down a good 75-100$. But the functionality and UI on this thing is incredible. Also love the anodized orange accents on the watch face bezel and the middle button. It's a hefty watch indeed but I love it. No heavier than a full metal (gold, silver, platinum) watch from Rolex or other luxury designer brand. The Galaxy Ai features are pretty fun too!

I traded in my Watch 5 Pro which was a nice watch, but after getting the Watch Ultra no comparison the watch Ultra is Amazing. I Bought 2 of these one for me and one for my Wife, she loves it as well, this watch is a game changer.

This timepiece is aesthetically pleasing and has an impressive battery life. The bands can be conveniently interchanged. The color is appealing, and the combination of circular and square elements creates a distinctive design.

I like technology and I wanted to try the new Galaxy Watch ultra, and I was impressed it is very robust and feels good quality, the battery has good duration and I like the dial it brings from the factory

With its sturdy titanium frame, super bright display, and a ton of health and fitness features, it’s made for adventure and performance. just want a reliable companion for my daily life, this watch delivers speed, reliability, and style. The new Quick Button and emergency siren are actually pretty handy, and the upgraded chip makes everything feel super responsive. Battery life is decent, around 2–3 days, though not quite the “Ultra” some might expect. it feels a bit bulky. Also, missing some features since when I am using a iphone. Overall, it’s a feature-packed, tough smartwatch with a lot to love.

I love my watch very much. In recent times, I lost interest in wearing it due to severe battery drain. I would need to charge it at least 4 to 5 times for the day. I have turned off everything that would cause the battery to run down, but that has not made any difference. I even had to turn on power saving mode and it still does not work. Furthermore, it takes forever to charge. I even called Samsung about it and sadly they did nothing. I am a die-hard samsung fanatic because I worked for samsung back in my country and right now it is such a disappointment. I am upset that I cannot get the best out of my watch ultra 2025 all because of this battery drain issue. Samsung does not even have updates for the watch which makes matters worse.

It is a very durable watch, bright and look great on my wrist. It does my health and fitness tracking. It monitors my heart rate, ECG, blood pressure measurements and sleep tracking. It does my step counts. I can personalise my watch dial. I can change the wrist bands to match it to any occasion. I love the feature when it makes me stand up and walk because I work in the office and I’m mostly sitting in front of the computer. I can use hand gestures to operate my watch as well. I would definitely recommend.

Es malisimo, los entrenamientos en bici no se guardan se queda trabado. Al correr al aire libre, sin problemas de señal, pagando el sim para el reloj, en el maraton de la CDMX no registro el tiempo, la medición de la distancia fue mala. La batería le dura 1 día y tarda 2 horas en cargarse. Cronómetro y entrenamientos se pausan al mínimo contacto sin avisar. Se usa con un Fold 6, tiene sim propia el reloj. No sirvió para nada de lo que quería, hacer ejercicio. Es pesadisimo para dormir con el por lo que las funciones de dormir no se usan.

Es un excelente reloj, mejoraron muchísimo los senores , con el classic 6 de 47mm no media bien los valores de sueño por los tatuajes, pero con este nuevo sensor los detecta sin problemas y se puede tener un mejor análisis de todo, la batería tiene una muy buena duración y los materiales son excelentes, estaría bien que incorporaron algún medidor de decibeles como en el de la competencia

Es un reloj fantástico! El sensor de movimiento es muy sensible, lo que permite realizar el gesto de girar la muñeca de una manera suave y acceder rápidamente a las funciones del reloj. El sonido de las notificaciones es increíble, aunque también se pueden silenciar y para ello cuenta con un sistema de vibración regulable, que puedes sentir incluso cuando estás en movimiento. Cuando ingresas a un lugar oscuro, la pantalla automáticamente cambia a color rojo para evitar molestias en tus ojos. Una de las funciones que más me ha gustado, es la posibilidad de asignar movimientos de tu muñeca e incluso de tus dedos para realizar algunas acciones en el reloj, por ejemplo, puedes girar la muñeca dos veces para rechazar una llamada entrante o puedes juntar tu dedo índice y pulgar para responder dicha llamada y también puedes usar ese mismo gesto al finalizar la llamada. El reloj cuenta con correas resistentes, adaptables y fáciles de ajustar, cuenta con sistema de carga inhalambrica y cuenta con un gran catálogo de aplicaciones para instalar desde la play store o desde la Samsung Store. Puedes hacer uso de aplicaciones de mensajería instantánea como WhatsApp y desde el reloj puedes escribir y leer mensajes, enviar y escuchar audios y la calidad de sonido del altavoz es fantástica! No es necesario acercar la muñeca a tu rostro para conversar, ya que cuenta con un micrófono increíble de gran covertura, lo cual te permite realizar tus tareas del día a día mientras conversas y la otra persona te escuchará de manera clara. A través de la app Samsung Health, puedes configurar el reloj para medir el tiempo que duermes y monitorear tus signos vitales mientras lo haces; Al despertar, te mostrará un informe completo y te dará sugerencias para mejorar tu sueño e incluso te alertara en caso de que algo no ande bien con tu salud. Éste reloj es fantástico y realmente vale la pena adquirirlo y llevarlo puesto en tu día a día, incluso en las noches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having worn the watch for a few days now, including a few active days hiking around London, I was keen to see how it would fare against the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro from a few years ago. The first thing that stood out was the striking design, it had really clean lines and I wasn't sure I was going to like the squared bezel, but honestly it looks really clean. I have pretty small wrist, so I was worried about stepping from a 44mm to a 47mm squared design and I think it still looks great. The brightness is impressive with 3000nits, I believe. The comfort has really stepped up too. The band is really comfortable and snug, without digging in. The first thing you experience is the responsive screen, its smoother and the touch responsiveness is highly improved, probably due to the significant leap in processor power from my previous model. You also get 25% increase in RAM, bringing this watch up to 2GB, which is plenty! I never used to play or store music directly on my device, but I did used to store GPX files for hiking. But now, there is 4X more storage with 64GB available on the latest Ultra watch. Plenty of room for pictures, media, GPX files etc. Whilst a lot of the same standards are similar across most watch manufacturers these days, one that does stand out is the 10ATM rating for 100M of water resistance along with a very neat speaker both to expel water out after a swim, but also to raise help with its 86 decibel siren if you are ever in an emergency situation. Some new health features have been added, which include an Antioxidant Index, AI Running Coach and Vascular Load monitoring. I had previously used the old watches bedtime coach to great success and I am looking forward to experiencing these ones too, alongside the new Galaxy AI assistant. I have been an early adopter of a lot of AI products through work and my personal life and have to say that after a gimmick of a start, the watch AI features have certainly come a long way. I prefer to use my watch to ask for the audio I like to play in the car to avoid using hands free - using Google AI too. But I am looking forward to it coaching me along to another half marathon sometime soon! Overall, I am really impressed with the tech and styling upgrades and if the durability is anything like my previous Samsung watches, I am sure it will be a great investment! Even without the investment, I would still be investing!

I was not sure if I would like this watch. The main reason was the size. But i've gotten used to it and i love the way it works. Easy to use and I can control most apps on my phone with a single press. I have not found a voice control feature, not sure if it has one, but this is the best watch i've owned. Fitness features sync perfectly with my phone as well. I can take off the watch while working out with my phone in my pocket and but the watch back on and track my workout without any thing being skipped. The voice to text and calls on the watch are clear with barely any background noise. Unless someone is yelling right next to me, my friends don't hear anything but me. I have not tried the cell reception feature for the watch to have its' own phone number.

Ya tenemos en nuestras manos el nuevo Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra y vamos a realizar una primera toma de contacto con este dispositivo, que verdaderamente, llama mucho la atención. En primer lugar la caja es diferente a la de los otros Watch que he tenido anteriormente, no es tan alargada, más alta y al abrirla da una sensación de que estamos ante un dispositivo de alta gama. Una vez que abrimos la caja observamos el watch propiamente dicho que como ya se ha visto en diferentes medios tiene una caja cuadrada y una esfera redonda, para mi es un gran acierto, le da un toque muy deportivo, a la vez que tienes la sensación de tener en tus manos un dispositivo, fuerte y duradero. En mi caso he cogido el color gis titanium. Además del watch, tenemos una correa, en mi caso elegí la de color naranja, con un aspecto muy deportivo, observando como dispone de un sistema de anclaje al cuerpo del watch, muy sencillo y fácil de colocar. Para finalizar con el contenido de la caja disponemos de la base de carga (base de carga imantada con puerto usb tipo c y la guía y manuales). Procedemos a colocar la correa, a realizar una carga completa del dispositivo y finalmente lo encendemos, detectándonos al momento el Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra y comenzando la instalación/sincronizacion con el mismo. Personalmente que he tenido practicamente todos los Galaxy Watch, en esta ocasión me da la sensacion al abrir la caja de que estamos ante un dispositivo “más premium” que sus predecesores (obviamente algo totalmente subjetivo). Observamos como se trata de un dispositivo grande, con una esfera de 47 mm, pero en esta ocasión tanto la caja cuadrada como el tipo de correa, da la sensación de tener en nuestras manos un rejoj más robusto, fuerte y resistente que los anteriores que he tenido o tengo actualmente. El cuerpo es de titanio y para todos aquellos que conocieran el Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (que también era de titanio), éste tiene una capa o acabado diferente y da la sensación de que no se rayará con tanta facilidad como ocurría con el Watch 5 Pro. A primera vista destaca un tercer botón en la parte central, en la parte opuesta los altavoces y microfono, la esfera propiamente dicha carece de bisel físico, si bien estamos ante un bisel digital, algo que ya hemos probado en otros Galaxy Watch y verdaderamente su funcionamiento es muy bueno, si bien, quizás en este dispositivo me hubiera gustado que el bisel giratorio fuera físico (creo que cuando hacemos deporte y depende de nuestro grado de sudoración, etc, puede ser más práctico el físico), pero evidentemente hasta que no lo probemos es algo que desconocemos y por la parte inferior observamos la parte de los sensores, que es bastante diferente a los anteriores, siendo algo más “abombado”, si bien, parece que esto no afectará a la comodidad en la muñeca. La correa del dispositivo, que como he comentado en color naranja resulta muy “sport” se ve muy cómoda y segura, material tipo silicona, suave a la vez que fuerte, con doble cierre de seguridad, dos pines/agujeritos de cierre y el enganche final, destacando o llamándome la atención que el resto de material de la misma está compuesto de titanio del mismo color que el cuerpo del Watch, lo que da una sensación muy ultra/premium. El resto de la correa dispone de multiples agujeritos dobles (iguales a los del cierre) lo que permite una transpiración perfecta, que para este tipo de dispositivos es algo que valoro mucho. Como he comentado anteriormente, el sistema de anclaje a la caja del watch es diferente a sus antecesores, y en esta ocasión los botones para su “anclaje” se encuentran en la propia caja del watch, que personalmente creo que es un acierto, eso sí, ninguna correa de dispositivos anteriores nos servirá para este. Ahora vamos con la esfera, la cual dispone de una pantalla con cristal de zafiro de 1’5 pulgadas con un nivel de brillo máxio 3.000 nits, algo que nos permitirá disfrutar del mismo en todas las condiciones de luz, sobre todo al aire libre. Algo que también me gusta bastante es que el cristal queda protegido si nos cae de plano en una superficie plana dado que no se encuentra a nivel/ras, sino que tiene un pequeño borde la caja, lo que hace que quede en un plano ligeramente inferior y protegido. Una función que me parece también de los más útil es la posibilidad de cambiar las esferas cuando nos encontremos en oscuridad, la pantalla se pone negra y la esfera en color rojo, algo que queda muy bonito y a los que suelen usar los modos oscuros en los teléfonos pues también creo que les gustará, además esto nos ayudará a optimizar/ahorrar batería. Esta función es configurable en Automático (detecta la luz automáticamente) siempre activo o desactivado. En cuanto a los botones, como hemos comentado dispone de tres botones. Botón superior que a la vez es el botón de encendido, pulsándolo dos veces iremos a la última aplicación y si lo mantenemos pulsado activamos el asistente de boz bixby. El nuevo botón central o botón de acción, que resulta muy atractivo en un color con tonos naranjas, viene configurado por defecto para que si pulsamos una vez activamos directamente Samsung Health (algo muy acertado dado que estamos ante un reloj deportivo) y si lo mantenemos pulsado unos segundos “sorpresa”, activa una sirena, que suena muy muy fuerte (algo también que puede resultar muy útil si sufrimos algun percance en nuestras actividades). El botón inferior que si lo pulsamos retrocedemos o si lo mantenemos pulsado activa Samsung Wallet. Conectividad: El Galaxy Watch ultra a diferencia que sus predecesores, está disponible en un solo modelo, Bluetooth y LTE, así que podremos usarlo de forma autónoma (sobre todo para nuestra actividad deportiva) si disponemos de una esim/multisim, etc. Ademas de conexión WIFI, NFC. Una cuestion que tambien me ha encantado es que cuando vinculamos nuestro Galaxy Watch Ultra a nuestro Smartphone Samsung Galaxy (en mi caso como he comentado ha sido al S24 ultra), automáticamente te vincula todos los dispositivos bluetooth del telefono en el watch (ecosistema galaxy). Sistema Operativo: El sistema operativo es el nuevo Wear OS 5.0 (One Ui 6.0 Watch) y observamos que se muestra muy fluida y rapida, si bien, en estos minutos que lo he probado, practicamente para configurarlo no me ha dado tiempo a entrar a fondo en el mismo. Actividad deportiva/salud. Como hemos comentado este dispositivo para la práctica deportiva parece que es una herramienta perfecta y por ello Samsung Health viene con algunas novedades que pueden sernos muy útiles, como la posibilidad de usar el modo de deporte combinado/múltiple (por ejemplo, triatlón, duatlón, etc), es algo, que también habrá que ir probando. Sus características permiten que se pueda utilizar hasta 9.000 metros de altura (por ejemplo escalada, montañismo) y sumergible hasta 100 metros, pudiendo monitorizar nuestra actividad física a 50 metros de profundidad. Otra función que me parece muy útil es la comparativa de nuestra actividad deportiva actual con nuestra mejor “marca”, muy interesante y algo bastante demandado y necesario. Una novedad que también presenta Samsung Heatlh con este dispositivo es lo que denominan “Puntuacion de energía” que no es otra cosa que disponemos de unas gráficas para hacer un seguimiento de puntuación de energía durante el día de forma que teoricamente podremos obtener unos mejores resultados en nuestro día a día. Batería y procesador. La batería es la misma que usaba el Galaxy Watch 5 Pro (590mAh), si bien, Samsung nos indica de que la autonomía es superior, dado que tanto la pantalla como el nuevo procesador optimizan su uso. Nuevo procesador Exynos W1000 (5 Core, 3nm) compatible con IA (esto es algo que también habrá que ir probando). Para finalizar también es bastante interesante el nuevo GPS (GPS(L1+L5)/Glonass/Beidou/Galileo) que hará que nuestras mediciones durante nuestros ejercicios sea bastante mas precisa (obviamente todo esto hay que probarlo). En definitiva me parece que estamos ante el mejor Samsung Galaxy Watch lanzado al mercado y aunque parezca que es muy grande, sinceramente, una vez puesto no da la sensación ni de grande ni de pesado. En mi caso que tengo una muñeca más bien pequeña, no lo veo desproporcionado. Un gran acierto de Samsung.

I have had my watch 5 pro for a couple of years now and was wary the ultra would be too big in comparison but it really is about the same (I have a case on the pro) so I was pleasantly surprised. I am getting 2 days with the always on mode and 4/5 with raise to wake. The screen is clear and easy to use and set up quick and simple. The auto tracking features so far seem to work great as it has picked up on all the walks I have been on so far. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone who wants great battery life and an amazing workout health tracker.

This is definitely the best Galaxy watch yet, I'd argue the best combination smartwatch and fitness device on the market. From a user standpoint, it does everything well. GPS and activity tracking are vastly improved from other iterations I've had (this is my 8th galaxy watch). I use the LTE feature and call quality and text messaging work flawlessly. I was really disappointed there was no option for the rotating bezel, still am, but the screen works really well and I've had no real issues with it. The design grows on you by the day, to the point that it works in any situation. Classy and sporty. The GWU is just a comprehensive value buy if you're big in Smart watches.

I have been waiting eagerly for GW7 to come out, after I heard rumors of all the tricks it had up its sleeve. I pre-ordered the Ultra version, as I prefer watches with larger housings and bezels. So far, I can attest that it is an awesome watch for snorkeling and swimming, having used it for 7 days in the carribean 2 weeks ago. The water lock feature, came in handy at keeping water out .. I simply set the center button for this feature. While I cam attest that the health features of my watch (BP, ECG, etc..) work well, the one feature I was looking forward to is a glucose meter. I have been made to believe that the watch is capable of providing this reading with the sensors currently, I am anxiously awaiting a software release/update which will unlock this on my watch. Looking forward to a couple years worth of enjoyment with this awesome watch.

Pros - Has all the sensors you would need - Integration with all the apps & the Samsung ecosystem really works well - Being able to swap out bands allows for you to use in various situations weather that be casual or professional Cons - The smartwatch does not sit well on Samsung wireless charging mat that as designed for their previous generation smartwatches - It's rather costly but compared to the competition still not a bad price all things considered - May look a little out of place on small wrists

The design is excellent. The rectangular base with a circle top is not very common, but it turns out to be a good feeling for me. The real one looks better than the photo. However, the battery life is not that great, considering the price tag. In addition, the running app UI is not that great compared to the Garmin app. I want to add my running shoes or other gear to track the use time.

La verdad se siente muy duradero en cuanto a sus materiales, el tema es la duración de la batería la cual se me hace muy poco para el tamaño del reloj, si bien no es estorboso si es algo grande para muñecas pequeñas, yo mido 1.79 y me va bien, del brillo de la pantalla está excelente, sus sensores son precisos pero creo que pueden mejor en cuanto a exactitud por ejemplo en el gimnasio al hacer algunos ejercicios siento que se pierde mi rastreo del pulso, bajo es agua es perfecto con el modo agua, la verdad funciona muy bien para sacar el agua después de sesiones de nado o inclusive en la playa.
