We got the Samsung Smart Oven awhile back now but only got to use most of the functions today. I was able to use the Convection Combi and Grill, aside from the featured Hot Blast. The oven performed perfectly and as per advertised. There is a learning curve in using this since it depends on the meat you use etc. I did it all manually versus the auto since I wanted more control. Although the time limit of 60min can be a pain, but it enabled me to check my cooking half way. I was able to use one pan to cook 3 dishes, which makes cleaning up a lot easier!

I would not purchase this microwave combi smart oven. I had it a week and it kept faulting. The engineer came out to me 3 times. I have had it just over 2 years and it has gave up the ghost. The oven comes on the light comes on but when you try to cook/reheat something it does bugger all. The control panel does nothing and the start button does nothing. I called samsung repair as I had a 5 year parts and labour with it but they said they couldn't find my oven at all. Don't know why as it's been repaired before.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and service provided by Samsung. I recently acquired this microwave just a few weeks ago, and it has been plagued by an error code issue, which has occurred in approximately 80% of my usage instances from the very beginning. To make matters worse, Samsung's service department instructed me to transport this hefty 40kg microwave to their service center personally, as they do not offer a home-to-home service option for this particular model. This experience has been highly disappointing and inconvenient

This oven has 2 issues that aren't highlighted on the product page. Only realised it after I bought & started using it. 1) The max value you can set for the timer is 60 minutes. This creates a problem if you need to cook for more than 60 minutes. 2) The oven automatically resets all the settings once the timer is up. There is no way for you to keep the settings and extend the cooking by another X minutes. Imagine the rush & work you have to go through to use a separate timer to remind yourself to go and enter the settings again to extend the cooking time. It just isn't efficient & is a great inconvenience. These two points above are serious limitations for my usage. My previous standalone ovens didn't have these issues. Sharing this review in case these two points are serious considerations for you, too. Regretting the purchase. Sigh.

I love the sleek black color and the modern design. The panels are very responsive with just a touch. The healthy griller makes my fav fried food crispy and not oily! Plus there is so many dessert presets to choose from!
