If you want an all-in-one compact cooker this would be ideal. It has numerous options to choose from including microwave, grill, air fryer and conventional cooker, plus combo modes that make use of multiple functions. If you're tight on space, this is a big unit as the conventional oven elements are out the back of the microwave oven. Many people have given it poor reviews but I had it up and running within 10 minutes. To start with, download the Smart Things app from Samsung and add the microwave. It automatically sets the time and you have numerous options to notify when the oven is pre heated (air fryer mode) and when the food is nearly cooked. I found it handy when cooking some chips I could carry on watching my film in another room and then got notified on my watch my food was ready. Saves going in and out of the kitchen checking. As for using the cooker, the Quick Guide is poor. The full guide is on line but for the sake of a few extra printed pages Samsung could have provided a hard copy - this is the reason I gave it 4 stars. I downloaded it and printed it myself for reference. Like any gadget, it will take some learning to make use of it's full potential. However, simple jobs like the microwave are very simple. Just select Microwave, use the dial to select the Time and press go. The same for the airfryer, the temp is preset at 180 but you can adjust, then set the time and go. Pre heating the airfryer (it's a much bigger space than a typical airfryer so needed) is required and takes about 5 minutes. I've used the auto cook feature for chips and they turned out really well. Not sure if it was much quicker than my main oven but they were crispy, nice! You do get some additional cooking items and it's worthwhile checking what each is used for. I didn't use the Crispy plate first time for the air fryer and when I did, it made a difference. The steamer was great for cooking some bao buns from the fridge and keeping them soft. Overall, a great device but take the time to learn each function to get the most from it. It will take some trial and error to figure out what works for you.

I don't get the negative reviews maybe if your not technically minded probably not for you but it's so simple to set-up and have the ability to connect with your phone saves so much time just done a roast chicken on different cooking type's came out amazing all with a few clicks on the app.

I was really excited to try the MC32DB7746KCE3 Combi Smart Microwave Oven with Air Fry & Steam, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. The product arrived with no manual in the box, and there are no clear instructions on how to use its many functions. With so many features like air fry and steam, you'd expect proper guidance, but instead, you're left guessing or spending time searching online for help. For a product in this price range, the lack of basic documentation is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I rarely give reviews, this was an insurance replacement for an excellent Sage combi microwave. I did read the reviews and thought with 2 tech experts in the house this would be no problem. I have no idea who designed this but using this device is hard work. From the beautiful menu driven simplicity of the sage to this nightmare I am not happy - Yes we can figure out how to use it, but have to memorise a ton of codes for different cooking modes it totally ridiculous. The app and smarthings are okay (just okay) If you want all this functionality I would seriously suggest looking into other options.

This microwave does everything apart from fly it’s amazing from the normal microwave setting to the air fryer it’s a total game changer why would you have a separate air fryer when you can have this little beauty that does it all Instead of turning the oven on I just put it in my smart microwave from cooking potato wedges for my husband and two girls to southern fried chicken I couldn’t praise this enough it has so many functions My only negative would be the panel for the functions doesn’t light up but it’s not the end of the world x

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought this microwave. I brought it today and have no idea how to use it. The paper user manual included said I could get more detail on line. The link on line just repeats the very brief manual included in the box. It clearly does many wonderful things but there are NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT. It makes it quite useless and I think I am going to return it. I tried Chat and got nowhere

Please send a manual!! I managed to find the online one but with other people in the house who try and use it , having to try and google everyone is a pain! It’s not that intuitive trust me! My 14 year old can get most things but even he gave up on trying to use the airfryer mode , a small simple manual will avoid all this hassle! Please don’t blame the environment as some things are just more practical oriented!

I just love this microwave after just ten days. Once I had worked out how to open it and - very important - how to set the clock - it became my major go-to do-it-all oven. The instructions that came with it were useless, but that problem was soon overcome. Haven’t yet used air fryer or steam facility but power defrost is unbeatable (again once I’d worked out the three seconds bit) and still to try combination. All in all why have any other?
I recommended this product.

I made a mistake here. No instructions ? controls in dark grey on a black background ?. I bought a small mag light torch to see what the controls say but they dont help. I have no idea how this works, weights of food to cooking times, when to use the trat, when to use the stands ,Downloaded the app and paired my phone to the microwave but by the time you have gone to the micro to switch on the pairing you might as well just push start. Anyway, pushing start on the phone (thats the only option) and it says something went wrong, try again....When i did get it to work the only option on screen is a start button, no imput options... Eventually with the help of the torch i was able to set auto cook prog 1.1 for frozen oven chips and after 24 minutes i got some, admittedly defrosted, but raw , luke warm chips that went straight in the bin. I bought this to replace a similar earlier model that was on its 3rd PCB and had packed up again Whats wrong with bright clear controls and an instruction manual like we used to get ?

Once we figured out how to use it, the microwave has been working well. However, trying to understand what baking dishes can be used with the various modes is frustrating. I want to make roast chicken thighs with garlic and potatoes in the convection mode. Do I put the food in a baking dish and set it on the glass turntable? Do I set it on the lower rack? Can I use a glass baking dish in convection mode? Even after downloading the manual online and reading it, I'm no further forward. This may well be a great kitchen appliance, but a better more informative manual needs to be provided.

For the Convection mode, it is recommended to use standard ovenware. This can be metal tins, silicone moulds, and glass and ceramic oven dishes. Avoid using any plastic or other materials that aren't rated for high oven heat. Use the included Crusty Plate for Air frying mode. With the Grill, you can use heat-resistant glass, ceramic, and metal. And for the Microwave and Combi modes, use only microwave-safe and heat-resistant materials. When using the Convection feature for your chicken with garlic and potatoes, place the lower rack onto the turntable, and then place your cooking dish onto the rack. The Convection mode works by circulating hot air, so elevating your dish on the low rack allows that heat to flow under the dish whilst the turntable turns, which ensures the bottom of your food cooks evenly. Works well except the icons and buttons are almost invisible to my elderly parents. Brighter text in a larger font would have solved this along with a less reflective background. For the price I'm not impressed features are no use if inacessable to all.

Amazing microwave! There is so much you can do with this. We have stopped using our standard oven thanks to having this. The Smart application is great also but not always using this cooking standard meals, but no doubt we will get the use in the future! The Smart Things app has a host of things to try out including a meal maker etc! All round we are very impressed with this microwave, one of the best purchases we have made in a long time!

Impossible to see the wording on the front of the microwave, it should be lit up or at the very least be in white and a bigger font, Not easy to register this product for warranty also impossible to link it to Google

Not nearly as useful as my previous Samsung microwave. Instruction manual is devoid of any useful instructions. It seems that you have to control it mainly via the SmartThings app on a mobile phone, but that only tells me I have the wrong internet browser, and it will not give me an option to change it. I would not buy another, sorry I bought this one.

Very difficult to use tried to cook jacket potato took 2 hours can’t understand the functions. Readings on dial hard to read as they are not illuminated nor in big writing Air fry is not the same as the air fryers sold Preset programs are useless as only use 2 of them Generally not happy at all with this microwave.
