[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the large visibility with this monitor for work and gaming, and it worked great until 6 months in. The monitor will start developing distorted lines and eventually expand to taking over the whole screen as it gets colder from being turned off and will take about 15-20 minutes to heat up and be able to somewhat see the screen again. After one year, it must display something at all times to avoid that issue. This was a rare but disappointing product from Samsung, which generally produces exceptional electronics. Please skip on this model and get the Odyssey G9 or above instead if you plan to spend a decent amount, no issues like this with those yet.

Ce moniteur offre des possibilités inimaginables. Vous pouvez l'utiliser aussi bien seul aussi que le partitionner en deux écrans séparés grâce au mode picture by picture (PBP). Ne vous fiez pas aux personnes qui disent que le moniteur est limité en 1080p verticalement car cela ne va pas vous déranger aucunement. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une carte graphique onéreuse et récente pour faire tourner des jeux à plus de 100 images par seconde. Certes le nouveau modèle est apparu avec une résolution verticale de 1440p mais il est limité à 120Hz et le temps de réponse passe à 4ms. Pour moi c'est le meilleur investissement actuellement.

OK all Bare with me, i am trying the best i can to write in English here. I got a new computer with 2 GeForce 1080 TI last month with this screen. And the screen itself makes me happier than the computer itself. its so very clear, fluent and the colors are just simply amazing. i read some of the remarks that people wrote here and for the better part of them they had issues that were not linked directly to the monitor, and were from my point of view ''not informed and/or not objective with their critics'' This screen is the best one on the market so far with its 1ms response time, 144 refresh rate, and image Quality, you will not be disappointed in this screen

I had contemplated getting three 27 in monitors but chose this instead with zero regrets. My hands down best computer accessory purchase ever. It works fantastic for gaming too and the experience is very immersive. When it comes to work though I can have many windows going and not lose track of buried windows having to alt tab all day. The colors are vivid. The resolution is crisp. When work is done for the day or I just need a break, I fire up a game and fall in love with it all over again. I get headaches and waterery eyes from the monitors at work but not at home with this monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i wish i had enough room for 2 side by side, this is a great monitor for the expanded view that it provides. i went from 3 27 inch monitors to the ultra wide and one other monitor and i dont even use the split screen. love that it has HDR and the 240 hz monitor is great for my gaming and productivity while working from home. nothing to say bad about it as it fits on my desk and is easy to adjust. i move it how i want and it stays there with out having to tighten any thing or make minor adjustments every few weeks like i have had to with other monitors. the curve of it is great also as i can see the whole screen at once with out any eye strain. love my monitor!!!!!!

great monitor, i bought this 2 years ago and still using it to this day. great for games and work. it would have been nice if it were 1440p on the vertical but this works too. it is kinda expensive.. but if you have the money go for it. the single problem with this kind of monitor is that i can't find a better desk stand(mount/arm) . the one that comes with the monitor is taking half of my desk. i've tried 4 models of stands so far that claimed that they support 49' and 15kg but on all of them it slowly tilts down. i've even managed to crack metal one after i tightened the screw nut as hard as i could. if anyone has a good desk stand/arm please share a link/model.

this monitor wowed me from opening the box. i was greeted with 3 display cablee, hdmi, display port and mini display port cables. i then was ahocked to see a vesa mount adapter! well done samsung. the monitor itswlf is a crisp and clear picture with excellent brightness ane pleanty or options. if you want to run this at 144 hz you have to use display port, hdmi only allows 120hz. i have a amd 3700 x with 16gb ram and a 6700xt graphics card and am atill about to get 200+ fps in iracing. its hands down the most crisp picture i have seen on a monitor, let alone one at 1080p. all in all i am happy with my purchase and do not regret saving a buck rather than purchasing the g9.

like the monitor, in fact i bought two and mounted them in a stackable configuration. however, the screen resolution is an issue with my microsoft surface pro 5th gen, but not issue with a 2015 macbook pro. i had to purchase the latest docking station, for my surface, in order to even get the display to work. i'm not sure how to get the audio to work on the monitors also. overall, i'm happy with these monitors. i ended up returning the first one i purchased, because one of the video ports was not working. this is my first experience owning monitors this size, so i'll be sure to so more research next time.

Bom dia, gostei bastante do monitor, estou usando um pouco mais de um ano. Meu monitor tem sintoma similar ao que um rapaz falou, ele fica estalando quando está desligado, entretanto não percebi esse comportamento com ele ligado. A um tempo venho percebendo quando o monitor liga ele fica com linhas na tela inteira conforme ele vai esquentando(tempo ligado) ele vai ficando normal. Uma pena, valor bem alto e pouco tempo para ter esse tipo de problema. Monitor vinha apresentando esse problema já um tempo, mas agora tá ficando cada vez mais demorando para fica norma. It has tremendously helped productivity and overall aesthetics. I have it mounted to a wall in my office over a floating desk the length of one of my office walls. It takes up minimal space while allowing both my wife and I to work off the same screen. You just need separate inputs for each source (i.e. computers) and then you can separate desktops via the source. Plus the WOW factor when showing off your productive WFH space. Truly a “buy” in every sense. Thanks Samsung for creating a great product.

Avand in vedere ca eu sunt programator si pot sa il folosesc in loc la 3 monitoare, este cel mai bun monitor de multi tasking care este pe piata. Culorile, luminozitatea, timpul de raspuns, 4K, ... sunt foarte bune. Un minus pe care cu parere de rau il scriu este lipsa de drivere pentru Macbook, in acest sens nu functioneaza boxele incorporate prin Minidisplay Port sau HDMI, chiar daca recunoaste Macbook-ul recunoaste sistemul audio al monitorului. Sper sa rezolve problema cu aceste drivere, am observat ca mai sunt si altii care il folosesc pe Macbook si au aceasi problema. In rest este impecabil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This G9 monitor is amazing for both gaming and productivity! Super immersive 1000R curve makes you really feel in the game. For work, the screen size is extremely spacious. I recommend using Microsoft PowerToys (free) to really be able to unlock productivity and customize regions that windows can snap to. I'd also recommend this over the CRG9 mainly for the 1000R curve of the G9. I wondered at first if the 1000R curve was just a gimmick, but it makes every single corner of the screen perfectly natural to view. I came from a 38" ultra wide that was curved, but not curved enough. Looking at the corners of that screen was sometimes straining and I'd have to move my head closer to be able to see it perfectly.

Took a few games to get used to how wide the screen is but also how much more of the game you're able to see compared to a smaller screen. Once you get comfortable with it you'll be hitting flicks like crazy and impressing your teammates cause they couldn't even see them. Although I've seem to ran across a issue with my model. After about 2 or 3 years of it working fine. It now sometimes gives me a blue screen and matrix style screen tears when I first turn it on. It goes away after the screen goes to sleep then when I wake the screen back up it's a normal picture. If you wanna be overkill and have your setup looking crazy get this monitor.

Excellent monitor for gaming,, but if you do other things like photo editing you would go for a 4k one ( that's what i do, using additional 34" monitor).. HDR work perfectly "but" you have to adjust the settings/color from the Graphic card menu ( in my case NVIDIA) otherwise it looks like washed out. In the most cases don't expect a great look after enabling the HDR function in the windows display menu. I will calibrate the monitor together with the HDR and probably comment afterward, I need my two monitors to match the same colors. Overall great monster monitor :D

This only gave me an excuse to purchase an upgrade to handle the monitors' massiveness. I also purchased the only desk arm to handle the weight and still provide the versatility required to game, surf, and work with this beautiful product. The menu options are easy to access and work each of the functions to set up and fine-tune around graphics settings. The price is steep but well worth the investment for gaming. This monitor provides enough room to equal two good-sized monitors minus the divide that comes with that setup. Take the plunge and give yourself the best upgrade for your machine!

this is such a cool monitor. it really is amazing playing video games on, or working on music in a production program. but about 5-6 months after i got it, it started to completely distort and pixelate on startup. usually if i turned it off, and back on again it would work just fine, so i didn't think much of it. weird connection issue or something. but it started taking longer and longer to start up correctly, until eventually, it just stayed pixelated forever. i was barely out of warranty as well. advice: if you do buy this monitor, and you start to have pixilation startup issues, (which is actually fairly common with these), send it back literally immediately, doesn't matter how much of a non-issue you think it is at the time.

After using one of these I became addicted to the quality and response rate. So I got a 2nd one and now have one on top of the other. It works great for all of the multi-tasking work I do or gaming while working kind of stuff. It's like having 6 monitors in total but without the edges for each monitor. I did find the Samsung software for managing applications didn't work very well, or at all really. But there's third party applications that work just fine so that ended up not being an issue other than a brief frustration trying to get Samsung's to work.

C'est un très beau produit. Si je mets cette note, c'est pour que Samsung mette des actions en place. Premièrement j'ai reçu l'écran avec une partie de l'écran un peu décollé, mais ça s'est résolu dans le temps. En à peine une semaine, j'ai un pixel qui est mort. Niveau software, Easy setting box est bien pensé, mais n'est pas très fonctionnel : les applications ne se touchent pas (on voit le bureau donc on perd en espace) et il n'est pas compatible avec tous les logiciels (il rend un de mes logiciels inutilisables --> temps de latence excessif). De plus, sur le site, Samsung ne propose même pas la dernière version. Avec ces nombreux points négatifs, je recommande cet écran en espérant que Samsung mette en place des mises à jour.

ive had this monitor for about three years at this point and it has repeatedly had issues. about two years ago what it was still in warranty the screen started failing making the monitor almost unusable. and a couple weeks ago as of now the screen has started to fail again. causing black lines to span the width of the screen starting from the bottom. seeing as it only got exacerbated over time previously, i expect no difference in it this time; ultimately within a couple months ill most likely either have to pay several hundred dollars to buy a replacement screen, or just buy a different model putting me out thousands. really sad because its a really nice monitor otherwise its just a shame it has such an apparent knack for hardware issues.

Everything that the CHG90 does, it does well - like the 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time and FreeSync 2 – Using the monitor, especially in fullscreen when gaming, is a strange, wonderful experience. The extended field of view along with the curved screen give a level of immersion that I've never experienced before. The screen allows much greater productivity and multitasking than using two standard 1080p monitors however I didn't personally see much benefit from layout improvement since I was using a 4K monitor in addition to a 1080p one previously and I miss the extra height that this offered in addition to the width. I liked the idea of the software that split the screen to allow many multiple programs to be easily set to a screen location, but I found that it was somewhat hit and miss as to whether a particular program would support the software and snap to the smaller window when required. Lastly regarding cost, I cannot agree that this monitor offers good value for money. Considering the price I would have expected the resolution to be at least that of 1440p without losing any of the other features. It's not all bad though, there are plenty of connectivity options for the CGH90 and the use of profiles to set the screen to your ideal output depending on your use at that makes temporary adjustment so much easier, whether that was in games, photo editing or office applications and web browsing or watching a movie. As I said, it's features are excellent and numerous it's just let down by price, other software incompatibilities and ultimately by the low resolution.

this monitor is phenomenal; its big, bright, graphics are stellar, and is amazing for my gaming needs. but...the problems lies in anything outside of gaming. in order to increase workflow and really make this monitor work for you, you need the "easy setting box,' the problem hre is this software is the biggest kept secret in the electronics industry. you can't find it...anywhere. you'd think samsung would have the download right 0n their website, but, nah. i've searched everywhere, nine ways to sunday, you seriously can't find it. it seems i'm not the only one having this problem. without the ability to partition the screen so i can have multiple pages onscreen at once, this thing is not much more than a paperweight. keep this in mind before you purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is awesome. The picture is incredible and it affords me more space than my old dual monitor set up. I was concerned about cost at first but really it is less expensive than buying two high-end monitors and the needed equipment to position them. The only reason this is not a five star review is I have had trouble with the display inputs. I was able to rectify it by switching over to HDMI. I believe the problem was caused by too much tension on the DVI cable when I ran it through the space for it on the back cover of the monitor. That being said I still have no regrets about my purchase I just no longer use the cable cover on the rear of the Monitor. If the hole was at the bottom instead of the top I would probably rectify the entire situation.

Gostei de tal forma, que tenho um em casa e outro na empresa. O tamanho da imagem para trabalhar em Excel ou B.I é fantástico! Peca por não ter colunas e webcam incorporadas! Recomendo colocar na parede, uma vez que em cima de uma secretária de 80cm de profundidade fica muito desconfortável de trabalhar.

It looks fine but my ability to update software/firmware and drivers is convoluted with the website not functioning at times and even bringing me to the wrong product(despite being registered). Another issue is its ability to truly function at 240Hertz even with the latest CPU and 4090 card, there seems to be a disconnect. Even during the boot up process, the monitor fails miserably telling the GPU it’s on when there are monitors plugged in with a DP and HDMI connected. In summary, does it work yes, but for the headaches taken to get it going at this price point, it’s not worth it. Hindsight, I would go with another monitor however the Ark is too large and so I’m left looking for another alternative at this point.

Die hard Sony and Nintendo fan, so a square Enix or Pokémon title will be on this screen. I currently have an old Emerson 29" to play on. It's only 720p so sometimes it seems like I can't experience the full potential of current titles. I would have no trouble seeing the graphical upgrades in the new unreal engine. Don't get me wrong , I'm just happy to be able to game at all. An updated display would be inexplicably appreciated.

You would be expected to play a lot of games in window mode due to resolution scaling. The monitor is great, but lacks some 21:9 aspect ratios like 3440x1440. As a gaming monitor, a lot of games are created for 16:9 or 21:9 ratio. Only some will support 32:9. Not having 3440x1440 (21:9) makes it difficult to play a lot of older titles. You can force 3440x1440 in Windows, but games will end up ultra stretched taking up the full screen. Would like to see a firmware update to include at least 3440x1440. and maybe 4280x1440 (one can hope). Free Sync2 / G-Sync compatibility issues - some games also will cause the monitor to flicker in window mode especially past the 60hz mark. to fix this problem just run the game in cap fps or change the maxium refresh rate to 59hz-60hz.

With continously running this monitor at 144 at an average of 10 hours of use a day, it has yet to let me down. I use the multi-input running 2 separate displays for my live streams, and no issues from there. I have done away with the stand and went with a adjustable Vesa arm andakingnthat switch was super simple and there's nothing like swieling a 49" screen around. I highly recommend samsungs ultra wides for sure!

Frustrating. I have had the monitor for 1.5 years. About 6 months in I started to get horizontal lines and saw others comments around theirs do it too but clears up when it warms up and mine did the same. Now it takes about 20 minutes to clear up and I have to keep moving screens in and out of it to get it to clear up. Got a quote to fix it and it was 1,400! I paid 800 for the monitor! So frustrated and now have to figure out how to dispose of it as I have bought 2 32 inch monitors to replace it.

That is what I primarily use it for currently. I wanted to go dual screen until I found this option and I could not be happier. And of course it has got to be a Samsung! I have been Samsung loyal since the 90's. They have the best products out there hands down! The colors pop as usual on Samsung devices, the image quality is fantastic, and the overall build quality is excellent. I love how easy it is to adjust the height. Just lift it up or push it down. You can use your pinky finger to do it. It is that effortless. The cable management design is great and I love the led ring light on the back. Such a cool feature. Great job again as usual, Samsung! You never disappoint.

i have reached out to the consumer reporting agency because this has happened twice now with 2 separate monitors . while pbp mode is on ( picture beside picture) the monitor gets crazy hot at the edge of the screen left and right. the first monitor i got in dec 2020 was smoking and you could smell melting plastic . so i returned it. got new the replacement 7/2021 started to get real hot again just after 2 hours of use but this time it set off my smoke detector and the smell of plastic

due to the high resolution, and aspect ratio, even the smallest smudge is notice-able, but impossible to clean! you'd think after about 20 years of making hd tvs and computer screens that we'd have a better method for cleaning them then wiping them down with a microfiber cloth that never actually does much at all. no smart tech. be prepared to flash back 50 years ago to fiddling with buttons to change any settings on the screen itself, and forget about having multiple inputs.

I've had this monitor only a week. It replaced some older screens. Everything about this is amazing. But I have 1 problem. I just ordered a second one, and I don't know how i'm going to mount it above this one. I'm trying to figure out a way to fabricate something but so far I got nothing. Either way, i'm excited and waiting for my 2nd screen to arrive, hopefully I come up with a mounting solution before hand. A+ product. Used mostly for research and gaming.

The monitor has issues with powering on and off. Apparently this is a known issue reported by many users yet firmware upgrades did not help. Essentially I have to manually plug/unplug the monitor when using my computer to get it to work. I'm trying to have this repaired, but it's a struggle just to get someone to help. I was also disappointed in the text quality with Windows applications. I've tried every remedy suggestion to scaling issues with no luck.

Its high native contrast makes its picture quality better than average, and its very wide color gamut allows it to display very vibrant HDR content properly. Its high refresh rate, low input lag, and FreeSync 2 support keep it very responsive for gaming. Its viewing angle is, however, quite narrow, and its odd size can be a bit impracticalsmaller desks.

I have been a big fan of Samsung products for years and generally recommend them to most of my clients, though this one is a pretty big disappointment. I've really enjoyed this monitor till fresh after the warranty expired it started having image issues. Now it takes more and more time to warm up and for all the lines on the screen to go away. I know it is just a matter of time before it fails completely. I expected more from a monitor at this level.

We are mainly using the monitor in a home office environment as a replacement for two individual side by side widescreen monitors. This means we are able to work with two large spreadsheets and outlook/file explorer simultaneously which really helps with workflow. The quality of picture and sharpness are very impressive! We also have it connected to a games console which allowed us to discontinue use of our LED HD TV for this purpose. It has a very good menu interface and easy to switch between different sources. It also has a very useful USB fast charge hub. Once you have experienced this you will not want to go back to a normal screen. The only downside currently is that games consoles do not support the 21:9 format (only PC games do currently). Once consoles support this format it will be a game changer and mean we get full benefit of the impressive screen

Your selling a top of the line monitor without the option of gSync. Why not release a gSync compatible version of this monitor? I am veryt dissapointed that my monitor has any "chop" or stutter to it when using a gtx 1080ti video card. I understand there may be a licensing fee which would increase the cost of the monitor, but I have already invested so much into the two of them, it would be negligible.

Am cumparat acest produs acum doua luni. Pot spune ca se vede foarte bine si clar. Este suficient de mare pentru multe activitati, de la programe la gaming. Pentru cei care cred ca are boxe integrate ii rog sa fie mai atenti! Nu are boxe integrate! Are iesire audio la care se pot conecta castile. Ca un punct in minus, ma pot lega de calitatea plasticului. Dupa ce nu mai este folosit, incepe sa trozneasca.

Stay away from that product. It has mayor problems displaying anything when cold or when it has been unused for a few days. All you see are colorful artefacts (not even the menu is being displayed). Everyday I start this monitor I regret paying that much money for something that just doesn't work. Want to write a quick email? Better start up your computer and Monitor 10min before so it's usable.

this is a fine monitor when it works. the graphics and features are nice. when trying to use pbp or boot from sleep, i end up spending 5-30 mins daily just to get it working without extreme distortion. worked with support to fix these with no resolution. eventually the warranty ran out and they were done making sad excuses and instead suggested a fix more expensive than the monitor itself.

it fits the specs for 1ms refresh rate, perfect for fighting games. so it's 1ms-4ms tops, that's greatness, frames aren't dropped. also, everything looks great on it, i don't care about it not having 4k...i'm more happy it has a 120-140 hertz & very high level features, this is a sleeper pick, but don't sleep on this, personally i love it for gaming, watching shows & all the above!!

I'm not a Gamer but heavy duty multi-tasker for ..... wait for it.....WORK!, in the Financial Industry. Someone has to Pay for the Xbox's etc. around here :-) This monitor is not cheap but worth every penny to me. I love it and highly recommend it. The only thing I still can't figure out is if it has sound. My PC sure thinks it has sound but no sound ever comes out of it.

Lo bueno el tamaño se ve cool, muy buena taza de refres, para juegos es otro nivel, excelente para trabajar lo malos según otras paginas es la resolución pero para mi parecer es mas que suficiente por que si tuviera mas resolución tendrías que tener una pc mucho mas potente y eso implica mas gasto si eres muy exigente si notaras un poco la resolución pero si no, tendrás una buena experiencia, por mi parte es un gran monitor la resolución es mas que suficiente existe otro monitor de la misma marca y tiene un poco mas resolución pero sacrifica fps y tiempo de respuesta así que hay dos monitores para el gusto, yo prefiero mas fps y tiempo de respuesta de 1ms y este ultimo punto creo que no lo debería de decir por que es bastante evidente, lo otro malo es que no todos los juegos y vídeos están diseñados para estas resoluciones yo tengo una extencion en yandex que soluciona esto y la verdad no hace bastante bien,

I loved this monitor more for the desktop spaciousness than for gaming. There was some light bleeding evident at the edges, making dark scenes a little muddy. Racing games are a blast, and it gives extra oomph to Assassin's Creed Origins/Odyssey/Valhalla.

Ao ativar HDR no windows, menu iniciar e telas em cinza (como a barra lateral das configurações da area de trabalho na cor cinza) fica piscando, parece algo bugado! Mesmo em jogos nota-se tais piscadas! Ativar HDR nos jogos deixa os jogos com cores Horríveis (claros super claros e saturação altissima)! Tentar calibrar no jogo não está resolvendo.

Got my new super wide screen monitor and I am loving it. So much immersion into games. Quality is fantastic. Assassins Creed never looked better. The only small complaint is accessing the ports is tricky. Such a big screen is difficult to move. Having the headset port and a USB port or two on the front of the monitor would be great. After two years of using I regret to say this screen is defective. When not used for longer period of time the screen is always all distorted and you have to wait for an hour until it warms up and displays everything correctly. Recently it also has a problem with image retention, on dark images I can see leftovers after black Windows start menu.

Great monitor when it works but when it doesn't get ready to pull your hair out, I've been a total of 2 months without my monitor so far and on the 4th "repair" attempt atm, Samsung support don't care they just refer you to the repair centre and that's it. Also the site seems to be blocking a proper review of my issue hence this mini review.

Videos also looked good, love high it was bright, of course, I had to reduce the brightness a little bit I guess because I was used to the LG monitor not being that bright, love the bigger size more things to add on your windows screen. For productivity, you get to adjust more of your Windows programs for me I was able to have Chrome on the left and Adobe Reader on the right, it was a great experience, this being a 4k Monitor I was coming from the Alienware - AW3418DW I noticed colors are definitely a bit richer even thus to me going from 1440 to 4k it was well not too highly impressed from what others state even while having HDR turned on in that monitor, I also uploaded a picture, which fits my gaming desk and well covers pretty much more than half my new pc build haha, physically the monitor looks great and easy to install from the package.

I use it for gaming and it the refresh rate a response time that really is second to none, when playing sports games and first person shooters. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great monitor with excellent picture, but on the feature side, it would be nice if it can be seen as two monitors for screen sharing and desktop apps that are not developed for a super widescreen. Also, when it is left off for a few days, comes back on with the ‘vertical lines’ for a few days until it corrects itself.

It has a lot of screen space, equivalent to two 27-inch monitors, and it can split into three sections for easy multitasking. As an IT admin/manager, I appreciate being able to see multiple windows at once. It also handles large spreadsheets very well, and I don’t have to scroll horizontally like some of my colleagues. The only minor issue with this monitor is that when I share my screen on Teams or Zoom, the image is too small for the other participants because they have lower-resolution monitors. However, this is not a big deal, as I can just share a single window instead of the whole screen. I think this monitor is a great choice, and I would recommend it to anyone. It has a sleek design, a smooth performance, and takes up less space than the 3 monitors it replaced. If you want a higher refresh rate of 240Hz, you might want to upgrade to the next model, which I have at home, but for me, 120Hz is enough at work.

Display goes dark with flashing input signal when trying to launch any Steam games. Previous setup consisted of three (3) 23-inch monitors running 5760x1080 resolution in NVIDIA Surround mode with no problems. Perhaps I'm just overlooking a crucial setting on the monitor that adjusts resolution to specific game capabilities.

Recieved my monitor today and plugged everything in. Everything worked perfect except the is no sound. Tried different hdmi's, tried different computers, reinstalled the driver and tried restarting nothing worked. Now there is no stock to exchange. Also, registered it and says I only have 30 days left on my warranty.

However, the monitor stand is big and will take up a lot of desk space so you need to account for that. I have it wall mounted which helps a lot. I also wish it was just a tad bit taller and had more pixels, but besides those minor gripes its amazing.

Input lag. With the xbox one having hdmi 2.1; monitor 2.0, makes this review poor. I could only use 16:9 aspect ratio, and low input mode is unavailable. Its a gaming monitor, but not for console. I don't have any hopes for the next gen consoles supporting dp or higher aspect ratios. Disappointed on the hdmi port

Already has a dead pixel in less than a week! Also not a lot of websites adjust for the monitor length so thats been interesting. The navigation buttons at the bottom are also hard to see; they should have designed a remote. Also if you are looking to try to mount this it can be a chore to find a good arm monitor.

Have owned for two months and found my all-time favorite. I like large, high-def monitors and tried 49"-51" 4K TVs, but they had too much real-estate for desktop gaming. I was always missing action due to the vertical distance from corner to corner. This is the perfect solution. Very happy and recommend highly.

This monitor is amazing. ALL Steam games will work on it, if it doesn't support the native resolution there will be a black bar on the sides(like other ultra wides). games the do support the full aspect ratio look gorgeous! Dette er en veldig god spillskjerm, med ytelse på øverste hylle. Her har Samsung imponert (igjen) og vist hva de virkelig kan. Med 144Hz , 1ms responstid og HDR gjør denne skjermen gullverdt i fps spill. Menyene er veldig oversiktlige og lett å forstå. Prisen er ganske stiv men den er verdt pengene. :))

I love the width and form factor of the monitor, however, if you're coming from a high-density monitor as I am, the texts might look a bit fuzzy, as they're to me. Overall a decent monitor for gaming for the price, but for productivity, I would look for a higher res one.

The resolution is lower than my previous 4K monitor but the size and scaling work well with most modern games. I can put 3 different applications up on the screen at one time and bounce back and forth between them easily. Basically it let's me stream videos while I am working on the other two applications. Utilizo ele para trabalhar e para jogar e a sensação é indescritível. No trabalho consigo abrir 5 janelas de uma vez, e nao preciso ficar utilizando alt+tab para navegar entre janelas. Tudo simplesmente fica disponível, só mexo os olhos. E nos jogos a imersão é total. Vale cada centavo.

The only recommendation would be that Samsung starts to support the market and Gsync instead of FreeSync. Most people that can afford these screens will be running Nivida cards, not AMD. But love the monitor, blacks are deep it's bright and a dream to game on even without active sync.

Wij zijn heel ontevreden over de service na ons aankoop van een scherm van Samsung. Helaas na een goed jaar, is deze al stuk. Wij zijn al aan het wachten van in begin oktober voor een oplossing. Helaas kan hij niet hersteld worden, en hebben daarna nog steeds geen nieuws gekregen!

Péssimo. Comprei este monitor e com 11 meses foi preciso trocar a tela. Com mais 11 meses após esse reparo feito pela autorizada, aconteceu um problema no painel. O custo para o reparo é o mesmo de uma tela nova. Péssimo produto, péssima durabilidade, é como colocar dinheiro no lixo.

Comprei o produto a alguns meses, funciona perfeitamente, não apresentou nenhum problema de tela piscando como mencionado por outros compradores(pode estar relacionado a placa de video talvez, uso uma 2070 da GalaX), HDR funcionou perfeitamente, uso para jogos e vale a pena mesmo!

Once you try it out, it's hard to use a regular monitor. It does not replace a true 4k setup on a 65"+ TV but just as good. So if you use your giant 4k tv for computer and gaming use - this is a different idea. Put them together, and just swap inputs for the best experience.

The idea and the usability is great, but it has a low pixel density and it lacks About the design there is nothing I can complain about except the stand/legs being made out of plastic instead of metal, its not bad but for this price it would be better in my opinion.

Utilisation en studio d'enregistrement pour afficher une console virtuelle... 52 pistes sous Samplitude ProX3! Avant j'avais 2x27 pouces (Samsung) et les montants de ces 2 écrans en plein milieu, avec ce 49 pouces, le confort visuel est extraordinaire! Bravo.

Magnifique, excellent juste parfait..! Après une année d'utilisation je ne conçois plus ma vie en dessous d'un 49p* !!! Toute est au top ! l'installation du pieds me logiciel lui et juste un peu "chiant" a configurer correctement au début pour le partage d'écran mais après c'est un pure régale..! Mon seul point négatif a cette merveille et qu'après une année j'ai souhaité refaire la disposition de mon bureau et j'ai pour cela souhaité installer mon écran sur un support mural... mais le hic c'est que sur aucun site ni même avec le support client ( qui sont très aimable) non pu m'aider à faire l'acquisition de la tête (particulière et unique à cet écran ) pour un raccordement sur un support mural car les modem universel ne sont pas adaptable... donc pour un écran a 1000e ou on nois dit de partout oui il est possible de le mettre en support mural mais dans l'incapacité la plus total a trouver cette fameuse pièces ( the graal !!) c'est fort dommage... Hormis se détails titillant. Cette écran reste une pure merveille !!
