Introducing the Samsung Galaxy Referral Exclusive Program and Early Upgrade Programme

On top of easy switch initiatives announced earlier, which includes the Smart Switch feature Galaxy Free Trial programme, and the Samsung Trade Up Programme, Samsung Electronics Singapore is introducing two more programmes to make switching easier and more rewarding at every point of the way.

1. Earn Rewards with Galaxy Referral Exclusive Programme

Know of someone who may be interested to switch to the latest Samsung Galaxy Z Series 5G smartphones? If you’re a current Samsung Galaxy user, you can refer them to do so and get rewarded with our all-new Galaxy Referral Exclusive Programme!

 

The programme enables both you and your friend to receive rewards with every verification of the purchase generated from a referrer’s unique code. Each token carries S$50 in value and can be used to exchange for vouchers for use from leading brands, including Capitaland, Grab, Lazada, NTUC Fairprice, as well as the Samsung Online Store.

 

How does the Galaxy Referral Exclusive Programme work?

1.       Invite your friend to get the latest Galaxy Z Fold3 5G or Galaxy Z Flip3 5G via the Samsung Members app, which can be downloaded through Galaxy Store or Google Play Store. You can invite up to 10 friends per month.

2.       Upon your friend’s successful purchase and verification, each of you will receive a token.

3.       Each token can be exchanged for a S$50 voucher of your choice from the Samsung Rewards Catalogue within the Samsung Members app.

 

Who’s eligible to participate in this programme?

The programme will be rolled out to all Samsung Galaxy users, starting with Samsung Galaxy Z series 5G users. Customers will be informed via email when the programme is open to them.

2. Protect your device value with Samsung Early Upgrade Programme and Samsung Care+

With the Samsung Early Upgrade Programme1, there’s no need to worry about the value of your phone depreciating significantly.

 

Consumers who purchase the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G or Galaxy Z Fold3 from the Samsung Online Store or any Samsung Experience Store from now till 30 November will be automatically enrolled into the programme2.

 

Eligible consumers can receive up to 50%3 trade-in value, which can be used to offset your purchase of the next-generation Galaxy Z Series 5G when you trade in at Samsung Experience Stores or Samsung Online Store within the next 12 to 14 months.

 

How much can you save on the next Galaxy Z Series?

Through this programme, you’ll be able to have a piece of mind knowing that your phone will retain more value and spend less when you trade in for the next-generation Galaxy Z Series 5G.

Consumers who purchase the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G will receive complimentary 1-year Samsung Care+ (worth $199). They can choose to extend the coverage period for another year by topping up $150 within 30 days of purchase.

Guaranteed trade-in value of up to 50% is based on the condition assessment of the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and Galaxy Z Flip3 5G device that is to be traded in. For trade-in devices which are not of good condition (e.g. cracked screen), in- store consultants will advise the trade-in value according to your current device condition. For devices traded in at Samsung Online Store, you will rate your device on the checkout page and be advised on the trade-in value accordingly to complete the purchase. Samsung reserves the right to amend the list of eligible devices and their trade-in values at any time without prior notice.
