Additionally, the upgraded multi-window layout offers him an unrivalled multitasking experience, as responding efficiently to tasks at hand is of paramount importance to entrepreneurs such as himself. Lai Chang Wen is the co-founder and CEO of Ninja Van, a homegrown logistics and delivery company. Contented neither with mere monetary satisfaction nor mundane prestige, the then 27-year-old derivatives trader took the leap of entrepreneurial faith by relinquishing his cushy five-figure salary job and set up the tech-enabled express delivery company along with two other partners in 2014. Through unwavering perseverance and hunger for innovative ideas, Chang Wen has seen himself ascended from the nadir of 22-hour work days and 90 per cent pay cut, to the zenith of managing the fastest growing last-mile logistics company with a network spanning six countries across Southeast Asia. As just reward for his entrepreneurial acumen, he was honoured on the inaugural Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2016 for Ninja Van.
