เงื่อนไข และข้อกำหนดการรับบริการซ่อมหน้าจอราคาพิเศษ สำหรับรุ่น Samsung Galaxy Flip7

1. ขอบเขตการใช้สิทธิ์

- สิทธิ์พิเศษและส่วนลดตามแพ็กเกจนี้ ใช้เฉพาะกับการสั่งซื้อ ****คูปอง/voucher การรับบริการซ่อมหน้าจอในราคาพิเศษ***ผ่านร้านค้าออนไลน์อย่างเป็นทางการของซัมซุง (https://www.samsung.com/th) เท่านั้น

- จำกัดการเข้าร่วมเฉพาะรุ่น Samsung Galaxy Flip7 Series ที่จัดจำหน่ายโดยตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการของซัมซุงในประเทศไทยโดยตรงเท่านั้น

- ไม่คลอบคลุมถึงสินค้าสาธิต สินค้าเกรด B หรือสินค้าที่ระบุสภาพตามเกรดทุกชนิด

- ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับแพ็กเกจการให้บริการอื่นได้ เช่น Samsung Care+ เป็นต้น

2. รายละเอียดความคุ้มครอง

2.1 คลอบคลุมเฉพาะการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ ในส่วนของ หน้าจอหลัก, สายแพร์, บานพับ ตัวเฟรม และแบตเตอรี่

2.2 คลอบคลุมความเสียหายทั้งด้านสภาพการทำงาน ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ และความเสียหายทางกายภาพอื่นๆ เช่น อาการหน้าจอแตก, ร้าว, มีเส้น, กระพริบ, ดับ, ปรากฎจุดพิกเซล และอาการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องที่เกิดขึ้นบนหน้าจอ เป็นต้น

2.2 ไม่ครอบคลุม ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากของเหลว หรือความชื้น ซึ่งตรวจพบโดยมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบของศูนย์บริการซัมซุง

2.3 บริษัทฯ อาจมีการคิดค่าอะไหล่เพิ่มเติม ในกรณีที่ต้องมีการซ่อมหรือเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ที่เป็นส่วนประกอบอื่นที่มิใช้หน้าจอ นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุในข้อ 2.1

3. ขั้นตอนและวิธีการรับบริการ

3.1 ภายหลังจากที่มีคำสั่งซื้อ บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อยืนยันรายละเอียด รุ่นสินค้า และหมายเลขผลิตภัณฑ์ ภายใน 7 วันทำการ

หมายเหตุ : ทั้งนี้ถือว่า ลูกค้ายินยอมให้บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล อันได้แก่ ชื่อ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ หมายเลขผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบและติดต่อสื่อสาร เช่น การทำการนัดหมายเข้าใช้บริการ โดยศูนย์ลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

3.2 ลูกค้าสามารถเข้ารับบริการ ณ ศูนย์บริการที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบริษัทฯ (Authorized Service Center) เท่านั้น โดยสามารถสำรองคิวนัดหมายล่วงหน้าผ่านช่องทาง

4. เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

4.1 แพ็กเกจพิเศษนี้สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้งภายในกำหนดระยะเวลา 3 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ซื้อแพ็กเกจ และต้องผ่านขั้นตอนการยืนยันสิทธ์ ตามข้อ 3.1 เรียบร้อยแล้ว

4.2 สิทธิ์พิเศษตามแพ็กเกจนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสด หรือสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดได้

4.3 บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ รวมถึงสิทธิ์ประโยชน์ต่างๆ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

4.4 กรณีมีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี
