1. Eligibility: Bixby Samsung Rewards Offer (the "Offer") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands, are eighteen (18) years old or older, have a Samsung Galaxy S8/8+ or Note8 and otherwise qualify pursuant to these terms and conditions. 2. Timing: The Offer begins on September 5, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends the earlier of October 31, 2017 at 23:59 p.m. PT, or while supplies last (the "Offer Period"). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Offer. 3. How to Earn a Reward: During the Offer Period:
(1) Join the Samsung Rewards program. The Samsung Rewards program is free to join, but is subject to its Terms & Conditions;
(2) Use the Bixby App to earn Bixby Experience Points (“XPs”) as set forth in the Bixby Activity chart. Sponsor reserves the right to (1) revise the Bixby Activity chart and/or (2) not award XPs for repeated non-genuine Bixby Activity actions. (NOTE: XPs have no value; they simply display your level of experience with Bixby); and
