Samsung Pay is not displaying any transaction information for payments I have made. Is there an issue with the application or my payment card?
Some card issuers and payment networks (i.e., Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®) may not allow transactional information to be displayed in Samsung Pay. Refer to the card issuer's mobile application, website, or statements for transaction details. If you were previously able to view your transaction history, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
If transaction information is not received the Reward points will not be issued.
Check the Internet Connection
Samsung Pay requires an active internet connection to download the latest transactions. Verify your device is connected to a Wi-Fi® or mobile data network. It may be necessary to turn your device off and back on to reestablish a connection with your Wi-Fi network or mobile service provider.
Contact the Card Issuer
If your recent transactions are not shown under your payment card, contact the card issuer to determine if there has been a recent change in its policies that would not allow transactions to be displayed in Samsung Pay.
