Missing or incorrect transaction information in Samsung Pay

When you add credit or debit cards in Samsung Pay, you should be able to view your recent transactions. However, sometimes a weak internet connection or a card issuer's policy may prevent transactions from showing up. Other times, the full transaction amount may not display until later.
Incorrect transaction information
Some card issuers or payment networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) may only report the initial amount to Samsung Pay, which may be different from the final transaction. You can refer to the card issuer's app or website to see the final transaction details. If you believe there is still an error, contact the card issuer and the place of purchase.
Note: If transaction information is not received, Reward points may not be issued.
Recover missing transaction information
Samsung Pay requires an internet connection to download your recent transactions. So, make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
If this doesn't work, remove the payment card and then add the card again. Try to make a purchase using Samsung Pay to determine if new transactions are displaying.
If the transaction information still doesn't display, it may be because of the card issuer's policy. Proceed to the next section to learn more.

Download the card issuer's app
If you still can't see a card's transactions, it may be because of the card issuer's policies. Some issuers and payment networks don't allow transaction information to be displayed in Samsung Pay. To view the issuer's policy or your card's transactions, you can try checking the issuer's app or website.
If the card issuer has a mobile app, you can download it directly from Samsung Pay. First, open Samsung Pay on your phone. Tap Menu in the top left corner, and then tap Cards. Select your desired payment card, and then tap the Info icon (it looks like the letter "i"). From there, tap DOWNLOAD to install the app.

You can also contact the card issuer and ask if there have been any recent changes in its policies that do not allow transactions to be displayed in Samsung Pay.
