Take Screenshots on Your Tablet

Just odered those limited edition sneakers? Take a screenshot of your receipt and tracking number so you know when your new kicks will arrive. A screenshot takes a photo of your screen and saves it to the Gallery. There are a couple different ways to capture screenshots on your tablet, depending on the model you have.

Available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider and software version.

Use Tablet Keys to Capture

You can capture a screenshot by pressing and holding the Power and Volume down keys simultaneously until a white border flashes around the edges of the screen.

If your tablet has a physical Home key, you can also press and hold the Power and Home keys simultaneously to capture a screenshot.

If you want an easier way, check out Palm Swipe to Capture to learn to capture the screenshot by swiping your palm on the screen.
