Use the racks in your Samsung wall oven

Samsung Flex Duo oven with racks and divider inserted

Where you put your racks matters. Different rack positions for the racks (including the gliding rack) will have effects on your cooking, and so each type of food has a recommend rack to use. Your divider (which splits the oven into two ovens on supported models) only has one specific slot it can go in. When it's inserted, there's a different set of recommendations for rack positions.

Use the oven racks

Caution: Use oven mitts when inserting or removing the racks, and make sure the oven is cool before proceeding.

Remove the Racks

    1. Pull the rack straight out until it stops.

    2. Lift up the front of the rack, and then pull it out completely.

When baking cakes and cookies on multiple racks, place the oven racks in position 3 and 5.

Use the oven's gliding rack

Caution: Make sure the gliding rack is in a closed position, and the oven is off and cool.

Install and uninstall the gliding rack

    1. To install the gliding rack, with the gliding rack in a closed position, carefully insert the gliding rack between the guides until it reaches the back.

Note: Do not install the gliding rack directly above the flat rack. The rack could fall.

    2. To remove the rack, grasp the rack and frame together, and then pull both forward.
