Samsung Cloud Premium Subscription FAQ
The Samsung Cloud service on your Galaxy phone offers premium storage subscriptions, so you can store even more data on the cloud. There's a 50GB plan and even a 200GB plan available for extra space. If you are interested in a premium subscription or already have one, read below to see frequently asked questions about the premium subscription and how it works.

How do I cancel a premium subscription with an automatic monthly charge?
To cancel a subscription, from Settings, search for and select Samsung Cloud. Touch More Options, and then touch Storage plans. If you choose the 15GB plan, your premium subscription charge will be canceled on the next payment date.
How do I request a refund? Are there any restrictions on refunds?
To request a refund, from Settings, search for and select Samsung Cloud. Touch More Options, and then touch Storage plans. Under your current plan, touch More Options, and then touch Purchase history. Touch your latest purchase, and then touch REQUEST REFUND. Touch REQUEST REFUND again. You will be eligible for a refund if you are within 7 days of making your payment and using less than 15GB of storage.
When is the next payment due?
Your next payment will be due in a month, on the same date and time as your initial purchase. You can see the next payment date by navigating to Settings, and then searching for and selecting Samsung Cloud. Touch More Options, and then touch Storage plans. Under your current plan, you can see the next payment date.
What do I do when my credit card expires?
You can easily change your credit card information at any time. From Settings, search for and select Samsung Cloud. Touch More Options, and then touch Storage plans. Under your current plan, touch More Options, and then touch Payment methods. Touch Credit card, fill out the necessary information, and then touch REGISTER.
Note: Some countries do not support this because of payment gateway company issues. In this case, please terminate your subscription and use your new card to register for a new subscription.
What happens if my data exceeds the storage limit (15GB) after I terminate my subscription?
If you do not start a new Cloud storage subscription, you will have 60 days before some of your Cloud data is deleted.
If my storage amount does not change after I purchase a plan, what do I do?
You can request a storage space check on your Cloud storage. From Settings, search for and select Samsung Cloud. Touch More Options, and then touch Storage plans. Touch More Options, and then touch More Information. Touch More Options again, and then touch Request storage space update. Touch REQUEST, and the request will be sent to Samsung. You will be notified soon.
Where can I find my purchase history?
You can find your purchase history by navigating to Samsung Cloud, and then touching More Options. Touch Storage plans, and then under your current plan, touch More Options. Next, touch Purchase history - the last 3 years of your history will appear.
Do all countries and models support the premium plan?
Some countries or models do not support premium plans right now. We plan to gradually expand the coverage.
If you change your Samsung account's country code from a supported country to an unsupported country, the Samsung Cloud premium plan may not be available.
