Set Targets in Samsung Health

You go for a jog every morning, but are you pushing yourself hard enough? In Samsung Health, you can set targets based on your goals, weight, and other factors. Once you set a target, you can view it on the Home screem to see if you reached any for the day.

Set a Target

There's no way you can count 10,000 steps on your fingers. Instead, set a target in Samsung Health, so your phone will track for you.

On your phone, navigate to and open the Samsung Health app. Touch your desired tracker, and then touch More Options. Touch Set target and then swipe left or right to increase or decrease the Set Target. The Tracker will now display your Set Target on the Home screen.

And don't forget, you can always customize the Home screen in Samsung Health, so it will show you exactly what you want to see.

Note: From some trackers, you may need to touch the slider to enable targets.
