Display Your Tablet on a TV with Smart View

Smart View makes displaying your tablet's screen on a television screen fast and easy. With this feature, you can go from watching your tablet's medium-sized screen to watching your TV's big screen in just seconds. If your Samsung Smart TV is connected to a Miracast device (such as Chromecast or Amazon Fire TV Stick), you can even wirelessly beam your photos, videos, presentations, and even your video games on your TV.

Available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider and software version.

Smart View

There are no wires involved when you use Smart View. You just need your tablet, a Samsung Smart TV, and an internet connection, and you'll be ready to start beaming.

Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel. Swipe to and touch the Smart View icon. Select your TV from the list. If your TV asks for permission, select ALLOW on your TV.

Note: Make sure your TV is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your tablet before turning on Smart View. Some televisions may require you to switch inputs or turn on screen mirroring.

To stop sharing your screen, touch the floating Smart View icon on your tablet's screen, and then touch Disconnect.
