Find My Mobile on Galaxy S8 Active
Locate lost or stolen phones with Find My Mobile service enabled on your phone. You can protect personal information you have saved on your phone and import the phone information from your lost phone with remote control features.
The available screens and settings may vary by wireless service provider and software version.
Find My Mobile
Make sure the following conditions are met to enable Find My Mobile:
The phone must be turned on.
The phone must be connected to a stable network connection.
A Samsung account must be added in your phone's account section (Navigate to Apps > Settings. Touch Search, and then search for and select Find My Mobile).

Enable Find My Mobile
Registering a Samsung account to your phone will turn on Remote controls by default.
Navigate to Apps > Settings.
Touch Search, and then search for and select Find My Mobile.
Enter your Samsung account password and then touch CONFIRM.
To enable Find My Mobile, touch the slider next to Remote controls.
