Sign Up for ADT Professional Monitoring Services

Ready to sign up for 24/7 peace of mind? Follow the instructions below to sign up for ADT professional monitoring services using the SmartThings app. 

From your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app. On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app. Then, touch Menu, and navigate to the Location where the ADT hub is saved. Under ADT Home Security, touch the blue popup message. Next, touch Get 24/7 ADT Emergency Response and touch GO TO ADT. Follow the on-screen prompts to create an account and get started with ADT professional monitoring services.

Manage Your ADT Account

Once you've enrolled in a monitoring plan, you can manage your account easily from the SmartThings app. On your phone, navigate to and open the SmartThings app. Then, touch Menu, and navigate to the Location where the ADT hub is saved. Under ADT Home Security, touch the blue popup message and then touch Monitoring Services.

To view available options, touch Menu. Here, the following options are available:

  • Monitoring: View information about your location, connected devices, events, and recent activities.

  • Apps: View information about authorized apps. You can also revoke access for unwanted apps.

  • Billing: View information about your enrolled plan. To change or cancel the plan, touch Settings next to the plan's name.

  • Settings: View and edit your user details and security details.

  • Log Out: Touch to log out of your ADT account.
