What is Samsung Kids+?

Samsung Kids+ is a paid subscription service available in North America that provides a safe environment for children to enjoy books, games, and videos that are curated frequently. Samsung Kids+ is accessible from Samsung Kids, from the Galaxy Store, and Google Play.

How do I install Samsung Kids+?

  1. From the Samsung Kids environment, find the Samsung Kids+ icon.

  2. Tap the icon to silently install the app.

  3. When the installation is done, you can launch Samsung Kids+.

  4. You can also install Samsung Kids+ from Galaxy Store or Google Play like any Android app.

    What type of account do I need to sign into Samsung Kids+?

    After creating your account, you will be able to use a Samsung Kids+ account to Sign In to Samsung Kids+. A Google or Samsung Account is not necessary.
     

    How do I use Samsung Kids+ once I have signed up and started a trial?

    1. Open the Samsung Kids+ app from Samsung Kids.

    2. Sign in using your Samsung Kids+ account.
       

    3. Why do I have to provide my credit card to sign up for the free trial?

      Entering your credit card information allows us to provide you with seamless uninterrupted service. Don't worry, your card will not be charged until your free trial period is over.
       

      Once I sign up, when do I get charged?

      You are not charged until the free trial period is over.
       

      How do I cancel my subscription to Samsung Kids+?

      Samsung Kids+ is a paid service available in North America. To subscribe to Samsung Kids+ or cancel your subscription, email the Samsung Kids+ team at kids@samsung.com

      What happens if I cancel during the free trial?

      Your credit card will not be charged. You can restart your service at any time in the future.
       

      How do I get a refund if I cancel?

      Currently, a refund is not offered for cancellation. However, you will still be able to access the service until the end of the subscription period.

    How do I use Samsung Kids+ once I have signed up and started a trial?

    1. Open the Samsung Kids+ app from Samsung Kids.

    2. Sign in using your Samsung Kids+ account.
       

    3. How can I update to the latest version of Samsung Kids+?

      Update the version from the Galaxy Store, Google Play Store, or from within the app when prompted update to the latest version.

      Can I use Samsung Kids+ on multiple Samsung phones and/or tablets?

      Yes, open Samsung Kids+ from Samsung Kids and login using your username and password. You can access your Samsung Kids account on up to five devices simultaneously.

      Can I use Samsung Kids+ on non-Samsung devices?

      No. Samsung Kids+ is only supported on Samsung Electronics' smartphones or tablets.

      How do I delete the Samsung Kids+ app from my Samsung phone or tablet?

      1. Exit the Samsung Kids environment.

      2. Find the Samsung Kids+ app from the Android Home screen. (Search Apps.)

      3. Locate the Samsung Kids+ app and delete from Android.

      If you want to reinstall Samsung Kids+ you can use the Galaxy Store, Google Play Store or install from the Samsung Kids+ icon in the Samsung Kids environment.

      How can I get more information or further support for Samsung Kids+?

      What is the maximum number of child profiles I can associate with my account?

      The maximum number of child profiles is three. You cannot exceed this limit.

       How do I create a new PIN in Samsung Kids+? How do I change my PIN?

      When you go through the onboarding process (user creation and trial start) you will be required to enter a 4-digit PIN in order to use the service.

      If you would like to change this PIN later, please do the following:

      1. Sign into the application.

      2. Select More options (the three vertical dots).

      3. Tap Settings.

      4. Enter your PIN.

      5. Tap Change Account Information.

      6. Tap Change PIN.

      7. Follow the on-screen directions.

Note: If you forgot your PIN, whenever the PIN entry pop-up is displayed, click "Forgot PIN" at the bottom to have your PIN emailed to you.

If you forgot your PIN, whenever the PIN entry pop-up is displayed, tap Forgot PIN at the bottom to have your PIN emailed to you.
