Use Samsung Cloud's different features on your phone
There's no need to worry about all your important data. You can upload all of your files to Samsung Cloud. This storage service lets Galaxy users easily sync, back up, or restore their phone's data to an online cloud. As a Samsung customer, you get free storage! And can purchase more, if needed.
Note: Available settings may vary by carrier and software version. Not all countries or carriers support this service.
Use Samsung Cloud with your Samsung account
If you want to use Samsung Cloud, you will need to sign into your Samsung account. This lets Samsung store your data on its cloud servers.
You can use the same Samsung account on multiple devices. View, modify, or delete files on one device, and the changes will be reflected on all devices using the same Samsung account. For example, if you delete a photo on your phone, it will also be deleted on your other devices as well.
And you don't have to worry about losing anything because your data will always be protected. Even if your Samsung account is removed from the phone, your files will remain on the cloud. When you sign back in with the same Samsung account, the data will be synced again.
Note: If you are having trouble signing into your Samsung account, you can reset or retrieve your password.
