The Smart Cam LED status indicator
The LED lights on your Smart Cam let you know the camera’s status. The light's different colors and blinking patterns indicate exactly what the camera is doing. Make sure your camera is working properly with the LED lights.
The meaning behind the LED status lights
Know what the different LED lights indicate, so you'll always be aware of what's going on with your Smart Cam.
Solid blue: The power is on.
Blinking blue: Booting or two-way audio is on.
Blinking amber: The camera is ready for setup or the setup is in progress.
Solid green: The camera is ready for use.
Blinks green: The camera is recording.
Blinks blue three times: When you press the Reset button, the LED will blink three times while it's resetting.
Blinks blue and amber alternately: A firmware upgrade in progress.
Solid amber: A firmware upgrade has failed.
