Set up and use voice navigation on your Samsung Smart TV

Your Samsung Smart TV comes with voice navigation features that will put you in control. You can use Bixby, Alexa, or Google Assistant to navigate your TV or smart monitor, ask some questions, give commands, or search for new apps to download. Multiple languages are supported as well. Set up Bixby
Bixby is available to answer questions and change the channel whenever you like. Once Bixby is set up, you can ask it to turn on the TV, check the weather, or play a movie.
Navigate to Settings on your TV, select General, and then select Voice.
Select Voice assistant, and then choose Bixby. Select OK to use Bixby as your voice assistant.
You can select Bixby Voice Settings to choose your language, voice response, and sound feedback.
Next, press the microphone button on your TV's remote and say “Hi, Bixby” to begin giving commands.
To adjust Bixby’s options, navigate back to Settings, select General, and then select Voice. The Voice Wake-Up function will allow you to turn on the TV using your voice, and Voice Hint will help Bixby recognize your voice clearly. You can select Bixby Voice Settings to change the language, sensitivity, sound, and feedback preferences.
Set up Alexa
You can select Alexa as your preferred voice navigation when setting up your TV for the first time, or later on in the Settings menu. Make sure you have the Amazon Alexa app installed on your phone before starting.
Navigate to Settings on your TV, select General, and then select Voice.
Select Voice assistant, and then choose Alexa. Select OK to use Alexa as your voice assistant.
Next, scan the QR code on the screen using your phone's camera. You’ll be taken to Amazon’s website. Sign in to your Amazon account using your credentials or create an account if needed. Tap Allow on your phone.
Your TV will connect to your Amazon account; follow the instructions on the TV’s screen to finish setting up Alexa.
You can now begin using Alexa as your voice assistant! Just say “Alexa” while pressing the remote’s microphone button to wake up the voice control.
To adjust Alexa’s options, navigate back to Settings, select General, and then select Voice. Enable the Voice Wake-Up function so you can turn on the TV with your voice, and select Amazon Alexa Settings to change the language and command preferences.
Set up Google Assistant
Your TV is also compatible with Google Assistant. This virtual assistant can be selected when setting up your TV for the first time, or later on in the Settings menu. Make sure you have the Google Assistant app installed on your phone before starting.
Navigate to Settings on your TV, select General, and then select Voice.
Select Voice assistant, and then choose Google Assistant. Select OK to use Google as your preferred assistant.
Agree to the terms and conditions by selecting I understand at the bottom of the screen.
Using your phone, navigate to the website shown on the TV. Tap Get started, and then tap Open to open the Google Assistant app on your phone.
Sign in to your account using your credentials or create an account if needed. Tap Continue.
Your phone will search for your TV; tap Next when it appears.
Your TV will show a code that will match the code on your phone. Tap Yes on your phone to confirm the code.
Tap Allow to give your TV permission to access your phone. Now you can wake up your TV’s voice control by pressing the remote’s microphone button and speaking.
To adjust Google Assistant’s options, navigate back to Settings, select General, and then select Voice. Select Google Assistant Settings to change the language and command preferences.
