Locate the SmartThings Arrival Sensor

The SmartThings Arrival Sensor lets you stay connected to people, pets, and even cars by notifying you when they arrive at or leave from a certain location. However, the day may come when you misplace your Arrival Sensor. Luckily, you can easily locate it using the SmartThings app on your phone.

Locate it using the SmartThings app

If you happen to lose your Arrival Sensor, you can always find it with the help of the SmartThings app.

Navigate to and open the SmartThings app.
Tap Devices, and then tap All devices in the top row.
Swipe to and tap the SmartThings Arrival Sensor.
Tap the play icon to activate a beeping noise, and then listen for the noise to locate the SmartThings Arrival Sensor.

Note: When you activate the Beep feature, it may take 5-20 seconds for the first beep to sound. The sensor will beep three times with short intervals between each beep.
