The Horizontal lock feature in the Galaxy S26 Camera app stabilizes videos during movement, keeping the horizon level even during 360-degree rotations. Follow these steps to enable and use this feature.

Use Horizontal lock in the Camera app on Galaxy S26

Enable Horizontal lock

  1. Open the Camera app.
  2. Switch to Video mode.
  3. Tap the Super steady icon (it looks like a moving man) at the top of the screen.
  4. Tap Super steady with horizontal lock.

Once activated, you can start recording while moving or rotating the phone. The feature will stabilize the footage.
