Find your warranty and support information
The Warranty and care menu brings your Galaxy device's warranty information, Samsung Care+ coverage (if available), and support resources together in one convenient place.
- Open the Settings menu, then tap Warranty and care.
- Tap View details to open your device's support page. From here, you can search for solutions, browse troubleshooting topics for your Galaxy device, or view your warranty information.
Note: When you select a troubleshooting category, the Samsung Members app will open. If you don't have the app installed, you'll be prompted to download it before continuing. - Tap Back or use the back gesture to return to the Warranty and care menu.
- The Samsung Care+ section lets you view your current coverage or explore protection options for eligible Galaxy devices. If your device is eligible, you can also enroll in Samsung Care+ directly from this page
Note: To learn more about Samsung Care+, including coverage options, benefits, and eligibility, visit the Samsung Care+ support page. - The Support section provides quick access to additional assistance for your Galaxy device. From here, you can start a chat with Samsung support, request a repair, or use remote management when working with a Samsung support representative.
