Note
Your watch will be actively sensing your arm movement to recognize the 'Raise to talk' gesture. The 'Raise to talk' feature can sometimes activate Gemini unintentionally with your arm movement.
1
Open Settings on your watch
On your Galaxy smartwatch, swipe up to open the apps menu, and then tap the Settings icon. (It looks like a gear.)
2
Navigate to Buttons and gestures
Scroll down and tap on Buttons and gestures, and then tap the switch next to Raise to talk.
3
Select your AI assistant.
Tap Raise to talk, and then tap AI assistant. From here, you can select Digital assistant or Bixby. Digital assistant is the default, and it's Google's assistant.
4
Talk to your watch!
Press the home button to go back to your home screen. Now lift your wrist, and you'll see a light blue visual indicator at the bottom of your watch face. When you see this, you can talk to your digital assistant. Give a command or ask a question like, "What's the weather today?"
