Use the Hearing Health feature with your Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2
The Hearing feature in the Samsung Health app uses compatible devices, such as the Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2 to monitor your surrounding sound levels and notify you if there are any exposure risks. Enable this feature if you'd like to be alerted to potentially dangerous noise levels so you can protect your hearing from possible damage.
Use the Hearing Health feature with your Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2

Open the Samsung Health app on your phone.
Open the Samsung Health app on your phone. If you don't see it, it may be in a folder called Samsung.

Add the Hearing tile to the Home tab.
- Swipe to the bottom of the Home tab and tap Edit home.
- Tap the + icon in the upper right, and then tap Others.
- Under the Hearing header, tap the widget you prefer.
- Tap the back arrow in the upper left once you're done.

Navigate to Hearing on your Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2.
On your watch, swipe up and then tap the Samsung Health app. Tap Hearing, and then scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.

Enable Sound monitoring.
Tap the switch next to Sound monitoring. If prompted, you will have to enable permissions for the microphone to detect noise levels.

Customize your exposure alerts.
Scroll down beneath Sound monitoring, and you'll see Exposure alerts. You can tap Loud sound alerts to choose the decibel level at which you'd like to receive a notification. You can also toggle Loud sound alerts and Daily limit alerts on or off by tapping the switch next to them.
