See your Heart Health Score using the Galaxy Watch9 or Watch Ultra2
The Heart Health Score feature reflects how your daily habits impact your heart health. It uses sleep time, BMI, activity levels, and vascular load to provide personalized guidance and recommendations to stay on top of your health.

Open the Samsung Health app on your compatible watch.
Swipe up on your watch to open apps, and then tap Samsung Health.

Open the Heart health tile on your watch.
Scroll down and tap Heart health to open it, and then scroll to the bottom and tap Show on phone. This will launch the Heart health section of the Samsung Health app on your connected phone.

Enable the necessary features on your phone.
On your connected phone, tap Heart health score factors. Address each factor individually to begin collecting data to generate your score.
- 7-day sleep time average: You will need to record your sleep for at least one night to begin using this as a heart health factor.
- 7-day moderate to vigorous activity: You need to have physical activity data recorded to use this factor. You can tap Start workout from here if you'd like to get started.
- Estimated blood pressure: Tap How to get est. blood pressure data and follow the prompts to set up this feature.
- Body mass index: Tap Add data and then follow the prompts to perform a body composition scan with your watch and record the data.
Once you've set up these features and recorded data, the app will start generating a Heart health score.
