Free Repairs for the Frontline
Program Details
If you are a first responder or healthcare professional, thank you for all you do. We are offering a free repair for your Samsung phone, including cracked screen or battery replacement. Local heroes including doctors, nurses, hospital workers, EMTs, police officers, and firefighters, with valid ID, are eligible for a free repair on most phones, through June 30, 2020, while supplies last*.
How to set up repair
You can set up a repair through one of the following actions:
1) Visit a local uBreakiFix location. Find the nearest store using our
service locator.
2) Set up a mail-in repair by calling us at 888-970-3653. We’ll cover the shipping costs for the repair of your phone.
Our team is also extending our employee discount to first responders and healthcare professionals to make things a little easier right now.
