Control panel
- Oven modes
- Keep Warm
- Bread Proof

- START/SET
Clock
- Press Clock.
- Set the hours using Up and Down. Then, press START/SET to confirm the hours.
- Set the minutes using Up and Down.
- Press START/SET to confirm the settings.
Demo mode
- Press and hold Clock for 3 seconds.
- Press Up or Down to set the number to 0.
- Press START/SET to enter to Demo mode.
- Press Up or Down to select Off or On.
- Press START/SET to save the change.
Sabbath mode
- Press Bake.
- Enter a desired temperature using the Up or Down pad. The default temperature is 350°F.
- Press START/SET. The display temperature changes after the oven temperature reaches 175°F.
- Press Bake and Up simultaneously for 3 seconds to display "SAb". Once "SAb" appears, the oven control no longer beeps or displays any further changes.
Temperature adjust
- Press and hold Clock for 3 seconds.
- Press Up or Down to set the number to 1.
- Press START/SET to enter to Temperature adjust.
- Press Up or Down to enter an adjusting temperature value (-35~35).
- Press START/SET to save the changes.
