A person matching error has occurred in Samsung Health records

Access your health records.

Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app, and then make sure you’re on the Home tab. Tap Health records.

Confirm your information.

Tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Edit profile. Check if your information is correct and that you are logged into your healthcare system.

Edit your information as needed.

If necessary, edit your profile information, and then tap Save.
