I can't find my doctor or hospital in Samsung Health records

If your doctor, hospital, healthcare system, or provider does not appear in the Samsung Health app when setting up your health records, you can send a request to add your desired provider. You will need to complete this process when setting up your health records.

I can't find my doctor or hospital in Samsung Health records

Begin setting up your health records.

Navigate to and open the Samsung Health app, then make sure you’re on the Home tab, and then tap Health records. If you haven't set it up yet, you'll need to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice, and confirm your demographic information. Review the information about health records, and then tap Continue.

Add your profile information.

Add your personal details, and then tap Next.

Search for your desired provider.

If your provider is not listed after tapping Provider or Clinic, hospital, or health system, tap Request to add new health system at the top of the screen.

Enter the provider’s information.

Enter the provider’s details, including the institution name, provider, city, and state. Then, tap Send request.

Note
The institution name is mandatory.
