Too much or all detergent dispenses on Bespoke AI Combo
If your Bespoke AI combo is dispensing all of the detergent or softener during a wash cycle or is requesting refills of detergent more often, this guide can help.
Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo is leaking water
It's normal for there to be moisture or water droplets near the heat exchanger area or in the lint filter. Some moisture may drip from the lint filter when you pull it out, and that's nothing to worry about. If you see large amounts of water leaking from the machine, then you'll need to check the hose connections and make sure the door is fully closed.

There may be moisture in the lint filter and heat exchanger area after finishing a cycle. This is normal operation because the combo uses a heat exchanger for drying, which is different than vented dryers. There may be more moisture after shorter cycles.

Make sure the door is closed.
Make sure the door is properly closed. Check for any debris on the door seal preventing closure. If there is any build up, clean the door seal and try again.

Make sure all hose connections are tight.

Make sure the drain hose is correctly placed.
Make sure the end of the drain hose is correctly inserted and secured to the drain system. Also make sure it's not placed on the floor, and that it's not clogged.
- When draining to a laundry tub or drain pipe, the minimum height must be 18 inches, and the maximum height is 96 inches.
- If using a standpipe, make sure the drain hose is inserted at least 6 inches, but no more than 8 inches into the standpipe. Also make sure the connection isn't airtight, which would create a vacuum.
- When draining over the edge of a washbin, the hose must be no lower than 24 inches and no higher than 35 inches.

Do not overload the drum.

Use HE detergent.
Use high efficiency (HE) detergent to avoid oversudsing.

Run a test cycle.
After verifying that the door is closed, there isn't any debris on the seal, and the hoses are tightened and correctly placed, run a test cycle to see if there is still a leak.

Request service (only for significant leaks).
If there is a large or significant amount of water leaking from the unit after completing the above steps, then you may need to set up service.
