If your Bespoke AI combo is dispensing all of the detergent or softener during a wash cycle or is requesting refills of detergent more often, this guide can help.

Too much or all detergent dispenses on Bespoke AI Combo

Why this happens

This happens when air inside the washer and water pressure increases which creates a syphoning effect during the drain cycle. This causes the detergent and softener modules to empty within a few wash cycles.

Please refer to the following steps for removing and installing the drain filter and draining excess water from the washer as these steps will also need to be taken, but please contact us for resolution.

Note

Use a spacious container because the water in the drum may be more than expected.

Emergency drain hose instructions

Power off and unplug the Laundry Combo from the electrical outlet.
Press the Compartment cover to open it.
Pull out the Auto dispenser.
Place an empty container around the cover, and stretch the emergency drain tube to the container while holding the tube cap.
Open the tube cap and let the water in the emergency drain tube flow into the container.
When you're finished, close the tube cap, and reinsert the tube.
Close the filter cover.
Reinsert the Auto dispenser.
Close the Compartment cover.

Notes

Some filters feature a safety knob that is designed to prevent children from accidentally accessing it. To open the safety knob, push in and turn it to the left.

Caution

Make sure the filter knob is closed properly after replacing the filter. Otherwise, this may cause a leak.
Make sure the filter is inserted properly. Otherwise, this may cause an operational failure or leak.

Filter removal instructions

Power off and unplug the Laundry Combo from the electrical outlet.
Drain the remaining water inside the drum using the emergency drain hose steps (above).
Press the Compartment cover to open it.
Pull out the Auto dispenser.
Turn the filter knob to the left, and drain the remaining water.
Reinsert the filter, and turn the filter knob to the right.
Reinsert the Auto dispenser.
Close the Compartment cover.
