If there is moisture inside the cabinet of your AirDresser after a cycle, there are a few things you can check on your own to try and resolve the issue. Read and follow the steps below to troubleshoot your AirDresser.

Do not use Clothing Care or Sanitize cycles with wet clothes or garments.

Check the lint filter.

Make sure the lint filter is clean and properly inserted.

Check the door gasket for damage.

Make sure there isn't any damage to the door gasket. If there is damage, contact us to set up service.

Make sure nothing is blocking the door.

Make sure the door fully shuts and that there aren't any garments or other objects interfering.

Make sure the air is properly circulating.

Check the air hole and filter areas to make sure they aren't blocked. This prevents proper circulation and could cause moisture.
