Samsung AirDresser will not start

If your Samsung AirDresser won't power on at all, the standard steps include making sure it's plugged in and the outlet has power. If your AirDresser has power but won't start, make sure the door is closed, check Child Lock, and listen for water flowing.

Make sure the power cord is properly plugged in.

Make sure the circuit breaker is on.

Make sure the power cord is plugged into a 120V outlet.

Request service.

If the AirDresser still will not turn on, visit our Support Center to request service.

Caution

The AirDresser may not function if you have used any liquid other than filtered water. If you have, visit our Support Center to request service.

Check the panel for a message.

If there's some reason why the AirDresser cannot run, it will show a message on the display.

Make sure Child Lock is off.

Make sure the door is closed.

Listen for water flowing or boiling.

If you hear these sounds, the AirDresser is preparing for a steam process. This is normal.

Request service.

If the AirDresser still won't run, visit our Support Center to request service.
