Reset network settings

Open the network settings.
Important
Resetting mobile networks, or Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings will erase all saved network configurations. This action cannot be undone, so ensure you have any necessary information before proceeding.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap General management. Tap Reset, then tap Reset mobile network settings or Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. Tap Reset settings to confirm.

After resetting the mobile network, the device will automatically reconnect to your carrier's network for mobile service. However, you may need to contact your carrier for support with re-entering the correct APN (Access Point Name) settings.

Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Connect your phone to a stable Wi-Fi network. Open Settings, and then tap Connections. Tap Wi-Fi, then tap the switch to turn on Wi-Fi. Select a network, and then enter a password if required.

Check for app conflicts

Uninstall any recently installed apps.

Uninstall any recently installed apps that may interfere with Wi-Fi calling. Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Tap the Filter and sort icon at the top of the listed apps, and then tap Installed by you. Tap Ok to apply the filter. Now, scroll through the list to find any apps you recently installed.
